Prospects 4 Leisure Travel are, in word, unbelievable! I sent my C.V. through to various recruitment agencies, but within less than 24 hours, numerous members of their team had called me back, and also had 3 possible jobs for me to and interview for, not to mention they even had a 4th opportunity as "plan B" in the event that the 3 planned interviews would yield nothing.

Even more impressive was the extra time they took to help me prepare for the interviews, organising a set of questions to test/ aid me, and were just generally very supportive and positive throughout the whole process.

I don't normally like to give perfect scores, and I sincerely tried looking for fault in their work, but their professionalism, commitment, and communication were nothing short of perfect.

I got two emails from this company from two different employees trying to contact me about a job I submitted my CV for. I call and it rings out until the line eventually disconnects. I waited half an hour and tried again when a very flustered woman answered, took my name then put me on "hold" which was really putting the receiver down on the desk while I heard her talking to someone in the background.



Eventually the guy Charlie I was trying to reach picks up and tries poorly to make small talk while russeling papers around trying to find my CV. Asked me 3 times where I was from, didn't understand the difference between a travel agency and tour operator, and used all the wrong terminology.



I told him I had only applied to a couple of places but I know he probably wants a list of places I've traveled to. He called me a LIAR and said another recruiter must have told me to make a list. I told him to F off and hung up.
