From playing sports and trying to stay fit and healthy for many years, I have gathered a great understanding of what it takes to get fit and healthy both physcially and mentally. I come from a rugby background and have had the pleasure of representing my country. Whils't playing rugby i picked up many injuries, one of which started me on this career journey. My knowledge when it comes to exercise is vast, whether it be sports specific, injury rehab or just getting yourself up and moving.
