Staff are rude... I was served by a guy who didn’t once acknowledge me... he spoke to this colleague in their own language (I’m assuming French) the whole time I was stood there. He didn’t ask for payment just rung everything up and handed me the card machine then practically threw the shopping bag across counter!



Never seen such shoddy customer services!

I bought a jumper from this store, fair enough I bought it a few months ago. but I've only worn it a few times. the stitching has come undone and was told its not a manufacturing fault by the manager. when I asked how Is it not, she explained that she was unsure who I has been wearing the jumper?! :s 2 arms check. my body check. how else are you meant to wear it I asked? she then said I had watched it incorrectly maybe :s very strange if you cannot look after you customer I guess I will have to go shop somewhere else. Also it helps if staff could speak English....the manager decided to give me the customer service number because she, the manager was unable to solve a clear problem. or maybe doesn't want to take returns as it may effect her sales performance :s well you lost a customer today! well done!
