We stay here every year whan we visit London for our daughter birthday she love the shows great staff very clean rooms great breakfast see us again next year ïṡẄ
We only stayed 4 nights and it was an excellent experience. We only had a small problem related to the room we had booked, but the professional Reinout ( the receptionist who welcomed us on our arrival to the hotel ) solved it wonderfully and the the whole weekend was a big pleasure. All the staff ( waiters, bartenders, receptionists...) were really nice and friendly. Oh and I must mention the awesome breakfast..... simply gorgeous...! All in all, we couldn't be happier. A+++
We had a lovely stay at Pullman London. The Junior Suite is spacious enough however since everything in London is so compact, i cant complain . Location wise, its very close to Eurostar & British Library that you can actually see it from the room. The Guest Service is excellent . The Staff gave a Bâday surprise to my boys with macroons and ballons which was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
The room was lovely, open and spacious. Marie on Reception was lovely she made us feel very welcome . This morning she even asked us what âWicked âwas like , as we went to see it last night which made us feel special and not just a person/ number. Overall great time would definitely stay again

Stayed here for 2 nights on the 5th May 2018, it was my daughter's 8th Birthday and prior to arriving had spoken to guest reservations on arranging a cake and balloons to be in the room on arrival! Everything was sorted to perfection! On arriving at the hotel we was greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door who took our bags, on arriving to our room it was amazing, spacious and very very clean. Everything from start to finish was just perfect and our stay in London will be memorable. Thank you to all the staff at the pullmans for making my daughter's weekend that extra special ïṡẄ. My partner and I stayed here for two nights this weekend. I have stayed in a lot of lovely hotels however this is probably my favourite in London.
ïṡẄ Location is a two minute walk from Kings Cross
ïṡẄ The room was very clean, spacious and well maintained
ïṡẄ The breakfast was just amazing, more selections of food than you could imagine
ïṡẄ Customer service was brilliant 90% of the time - one hiccup with the bar staff on the first night but nothing serious.

Loved every second of our stay here from start to finish, been Guests of the Day with a free upgrade was merely a surprising bonus. Location was ideal, 5 mins walk from Kings Cross / St Pancras, relaxed vibe throughout and breakfast was amazing. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again soon ïṡẄ

Stayed with my mum for her birthday. Location was the reason we chose the hotel although the Premier Inn is just across the road. The Pullman had a lovely welcome, great breakfast though I thought the room was a bit basic. Clearly designed by a man, no mirror anywhere near a plug point for hair drying!
My husband and I stayed two nights and it was an excellent service. Elsa on the reception was very professional and helpful especially guided us with a lot information. The location is very convenient. I hope to be back soon.
Loved this hotel, great views over British Library, quirky chairs and lights (top hats and bowler hats as light shades). Excellent food in the restaurant too. Friendly atmosphere
Room was clean but minimalist. Would it break the budget if they included toothbrushes and other amenities. Cheap slippers but nice bathrobes.
Checkin was a nightmare. They need to anticipate busy periods and put staff on. At other times when late afternoon after checkin they had 4 staff at reception with nothing to do.
Breakfast was excellent. Also many staff do not speak English.
Very poor welcoming, exhausting day checking in late with my wife and 3 kids when asked for £100 per room as a deposit in case we take items from the mini fridge or bar or room service and not declare them!!! (Suggesting we are thieves or dishonest)
Not the welcoming I'm used to and the lady who checked us in had the negation skills of Kim Jong Un . Sorry Kim, (didn't mean to offend you.)
The manager (after waiting 20 mins due to aforementioned welcome), was very nice and more understanding. Although company policy re the £100 deposit (just taking a debit card details would have been better received, this is the welcoming of being slapped with a wet fish ïṡẄ or three.
Premier Inn all day for me....
Last night - The theatre hosted the 'Danger Strip show' and I can sum this show up in one word....'Pointless'. Totally and utterly pointless. A smidgin of nudity combined with ridiculous dance themed entertainment. If you like the idea of watching a fat tattooed bird sticking the quill end of feathers in her own arms whilst writhing around on stage then be my guest. For me....no thanks. I must save my final comments for the MC or the bloke with the mic. If I was feeling particularly wicked I could have heckled him off the stage and into oblivion.....repeatedly. He provided so much ammunition, my mind was in a frenzy. He was appallingly bad. His delivery of dialogue was excruciatingly painful, amateurish at best. He first entered the stage dressed in a pair of leather trousers together with a leather waist coat . Later after a quick change he reappeared bare chested and wearing a leather skirt / kilt, why I simply don't know. If you're going to appear on stage in that ensemble at least look slightly 'David Gandy-esque'. If not, cover up. In summary an awful evenings entertainment and an awful waste of money. My Gf provides far better entertainment for me with her clothes off....and it's free.
Apparently the cast are taking the show to Edinburgh. My message to Edinburgh is simple.....avoid at all cost.
Well at first it was nice they let us early check in however the room was not ready, no tv remote no sheets on the bed either. The room had the heat off also so it was 56 in the room and took forever to heat up. It was ok after that until Sunday when we went on our first day trip. The hostess called a "cab" for us it was with imperial cab, the hostess said it was 27 pounds flat which is 10 pounds higher Than our next trip The next morning to the same place the cabby raised the price from what was just told. Once we arrived the cabbie not even marked as such then says pounds only. We said we have cards and US dollars. The man proceeds to lock the door and blames us for not knowing only cash. He then holds us hostage calls someone on his cell it was very frightening we reach through to the front and unlock the door throw 35 US at him and shut the door and run off. The hotel did not even care when we told them despite having a deal with this cabby. They care nothing about following up either

Stayed 3 nights, room was not clean, curtains and windows were dirty, yes, I think they have to be cleaned as well, on arrival a sticky spot on the desk, a poor broken litter bin in the bathroom (why not replacing a broken item?!) and we had several hair in our bed. When I complained about it the man at reception seemed not to be interested in dealing with the problem since it was past 11pm, he just said he will inform houskeeping tomorrow - nice! - so we had to sleep in that bedâḊ The other day houskeeping apologized and left some macarons.
However, to me itâs just worth 3 stars and I have seen much better 3 star hotels, the room rate is ridiculous. A fancy and stylish lobby, bar, reception doesnât make a good hotelâḊ
