You should go for the fabulous interior decor and huge choice of drinks and delicious coffee, but you’ll go back for the unique atmosphere and fantastic staff. I’ve taken clients for relaxed meetings in the day and friends for upbeat drinks at night and this place does it all so well. It’s not just amazing for Boston it’s amazing for anywhere !

The whole team at Quayside couldn’t do more for us. We held a surprise 30th party just last night for my partner and they accommodated with every request. All of our guests had a fantastic time and made us all feel very well looked after. The decor is beautiful, clean and very on point � the staff are all professional and very friendly. Thank you so much to Stuart Gomes and the rest of the team. It was a night we will never forget. So thank you. ���

Stayed here last weekend for a 50th Birthday celebration. Beautifully decorated little Gem of a hotel. The Thai food in the evening and cooked breakfast in the morning were both top quality. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I would love to visit again xx

Popped in here Christmas Eve for a drink- and wow what a fabulous place. Superb modern decor, bar staff friendly and offered great customer service. Beats any other place in the area. Best wishes to the team with their venture and I definitely will be going back.

Staff are all super helpful and very friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Held my mum's 50th here recently and it was fantastic! All of the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was able to keep items behind the bar and add extra touches to the venue that made the evening extra special. The evening ran smoothly and the food was amazing! I would definitely come here again :D

Have visited Quayside a few times now and there has been a fantastic atmosphere on each occasion. The management and team are by far the friendliest and most welcoming. Modern decor, great background music and good choice of cocktails. If you haven’t been then would highly recommend you do!

Had a great stay at The Quayside Hotel when I attended a friend’s 50th birthday party. The cocktails and food were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning!

Genuinely lovely people - all staff went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. A room upgrade , wine and flowers left for us for our anniversery arrival , we were really so touched .

First Class Service as we had to cancel our booking due to family issues, the Hotel was so kind not to charge any fees... thats what I call customer service! But we will book again any time....

Delicious food! Friendly staff. Beautiful place. Definitely recommend and will be dragging all my friends there x

Came for a meal and a few birthday drinks. Good food and lovely friendly people - will be back to try more gins and cocktails another time.

Bar: Dont see people who work there as bartenders but more as friends. Always can have a fun chat and they always are positive and well mannered. Brilliant customer service and make customers feel welcomed and like home. Biggest Gin selection in area with tastiest cocktails on the planet! Coldest pints in town!



Hotel rooms: High standard and really clean. Had the best sleep ever. Really comfy beds and rooms have everything you would need. Best price for quality in the area.



Restaurant: Best authentic Thai food iv ever tried. Head chef is from Thailand and been making delicious food for more then decade. Food was made to our preferences as my gf does not like anything spicy but me on the other hand - hot like lava. Food was served quickly to my standards as I hate to wait.



Overall verdict: Highly recommended! Good prices for quality. Have that “London Lounge” feel. Best place for adults to have a conversation and a good night �
