Went here today with my Daughter what can I say. Food unbelievable and the Staff were quick and great. Diffently be back again. .

We went to quay west for a family meal food and service was excellent and a big thanks to Audrey who looked after us brilliantly would recommend to everyone and you also get between 30% and 50% off your bill on certain days

We arrived without booking on a Sunday evening, were told there was a 45min wait. We waited, had a drink, and were seated in 20 mins. Salt and chilli starter for me, wings for him. Both fab. Chicken with risotto for him, duck and garlic cubes for me - then dessert - my god. I'm not even home yet and had to write this before I slipped into a food coma - it was unreal food, and was less that £50 for 2, inc drinks. Definitly coming back.

Was in this evening for dinner with my wife and son for the 1st time the food and service was amazing could not fault a single thing and will definitely be back absolutely 1st class

Thank you to all the staff in Quay West on Sunday evening we had a beautiful meal, the staff were extremely welcoming & as always the service was excellent . I would highly recommend Quay West .

Have to say we were dare to nite booked a table in the respect we got was really gud in the food was lovely am me in my partner had a gud nite in from our main courses and side orders and a few drinks � was very cheap £55:70p the respect we got of our waiter James and the waitress staff was fanstanic. been here twice in from the waiters to the bar staff even the boss I fink wer very very gud to nite give us a free dessert in two prosscos any other restaurant wldnt of done wat they done in I highly respect them for everything very friendly and nice people we will be comein back as your not waiting long for food in dare always there I recommend this place to five star's in I recommend James our waiter and the boss for tonite use went out of ur way to help us thank youse very much and james again was brilliant thank you lad. ���

Excellent service beautiful food (love the new menu) and fabulous cocktails (the snow ball cocktail was amazing) !! Made us all feel so welcome from we came in the door and so well looked after from start to finish! Can't wait to return thank you x

Amazing, the steak is always perfect and the atmosphere is nice. The staff are incredible love it!! We use it for every anniversary and special occasion!! ��

After having such a great meal & I got the pleasure of enjoying some cocktails last week we decided we would come down to Londonderry & stay the night. Making sure we got booked in to avoid disappointment. On our arrival we were greeted by Paul who remembered us straight away. Once again we weren't disappointed with the food outstanding & of course we didn't do to badly with the cocktails working our way down the list. The staff was also very attentive making sure everything was ok for us... thanks for making us feel so welcome Paul & staff... I think we've found our wee place

Absolutely loved Quaywest, the food was fab & the service & staff brilliant. We will be back ��

Have now eaten here a couple of times and its always been a pleasant experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the quality of the food and wine is also very good. Prices are competitive and the discount offers as well as the loyalty card shows they reward regular customers. I would have no issues recommending Quaywest for a quite meal.

With 30% off, still very dear, I mean seriously who wld pay £15 for main meal only, your not really getting any discount folks, my daughter got esclape of chicken, small soup bowl full off chips, £15 so plain, wasn't even nice, very disappointing

Never seen a Ceaser salad served that way had to ask for my croutons!!!

Went here today for lunch. Waited quite a while on our drinks. Then a another good wait on our food wen the food eventually came out it was cold had to returned. This has happened before. Sorry folks but no excuse for cold food.

No way will i be back in the place after getting charged £48.00 after the 30% discount. £21.95 each for our main course is absolutely ridiculous.if I had of known that was going to be the price i would of went to the exchange and had a by far nicer meal. ��

Went to Quay west for our staff do. As we were waiting for our last member of the party to arrive the waitress asked for our orders we explained there was one more coming and she said I need to take your orders as we need your table in an hour and a half!!!!!! Then all the table received their meals and they had finished eating when the last two meals arrived for two members of the party. Terrible customer service
