Such lovely bouncers!!! Especially Freddie! He escorted me up to the rooftop when I couldn’t climb up the stairs and I couldn’t be more thankful!

A few of my mates and I were refused entry because we were of the male gender.



On another occasion a few months ago, I was queuing up for an hour. A minicab pulls up at the entrance, two young ladies walked straight to the doorman and convinced him with ease to let them in without queuing like the other hundred or so prospective customers. He complimented the girls and let them in, in sight of me and everyone queuing.



I would be interested to know how this goes undetected by the head doorman. Do they check. More importantly, do they care.



Finally, a few months ago I arrived late to the venue and there was no queue, however the queue barrier was up and spanned down the side of the building. I walked over the barrier to avoid the needless walk, only to be given a stunned look from a doorman and told I was being disrespectful by not walking from the start. I was made to wait 10 minutes before being let in, and of course the door staff found this fun, as they clearly were looking for something to tend to their boredom.



Not sure whether I will be back here as I never know what entertainment the door staff have in store. If I do go. In future, I will always have a backup plan to go somewhere else in case they do not like my gender or would rather waste people's time instead of letting them spend their money inside.

My girlfriend ordered two glasses of water at around 1.30 am today when we were about to leave. After the barkeeper (brunette guy who worked the bar on the far left side today) had filled up the glasses, he suddenly aimed the water hose/pipe directly at her face and splashed water all over her face, hair and body for no reason. She was soaking wet and lost one of her contact lenses because of all the water. She gave him no reason to act that way, she was not drunk and polite while ordering. We both have never experienced such horrible and rude behaviour.

It is unbelievable that such disgusting people work at your venue. We and the friends that came with us today will not be coming back.

Came here last Saturday, me and my friend sat on the terrace upstairs all afternoon, atmosphere was great, bar staff really friendly. Went downstairs to the toilet and when I went to go back upstairs I was told that I needed a wristband. I told the lady at the door that I had been drinking there all afternoon, she told me that nobody was going up there without a wristband. When I asked her if I could go upstairs to get my friend, my belongings and the rest of my drink, she continued to say no. Eventually managed to call my friend (phone was playing up too), had to get her to bring the rest of my things down. We finished our drinks and left feeling very unwelcome. Such a shame, it was my first time here and had heard good things about this place, not sure that I will be coming again.
