R D Woodcraft are looking for harvest staff from mid July to mid September 2019. The job will involve general tractor work, baling hay and straw with our round baler and quadrant baler, carting and stacking bales in field and on to lorries. Experience with balers/baling and hay making would be beneficial but not essential as would a good mechanical knowledge and the ability to carry out repairs in the field when needed. The job will involve working long hours and weekends whe...re needed. Applicants must be hard working, flexible, motivated and willing to work. Car driving licence is essential and telehandler certificate beneficial. Starting mid to end of July and finishing mid September (Dates are flexible). Accommodation available if required. The job will involve tractor work, hay and straw deliveries driving a 3.5t flatbed van, workshop work including fabrication and general service work as well as other general jobs around the farm.
