Wonderful hotel!! Our suite was amazing, roomy, comfortable and spotless. Fabulous location on Oxford street. Would highly recommend it. Hope to be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay the only negative was that it wasn't longer .. next time it will be at least a week !

The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was the best we'd had in any hotel the 7 weeks away.. buffet small in comparison to others but so much better in freshness and quality and presentation and the management and staff could not have been more helpful, it was exceptional!

The guys on front desk were also friendly helpful and efficient... I'm going to recommend this hotel highly to all my friends travelling to London .

Quality hotel in an superb location. Well equipped and well furnished room. A particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast options are excellent. Staff, as you would expect from a quality hotel, are helpful and consummately professional.

I organised a room for my mothers 70 birthday . Excellent location so she could shop and go for afternoon tea at claridges. The staff made a big fuss of my mother - a potted plant along with strawberries and chocolates compliments of the hotel. The suite was beautiful and spacious. There was some noise from buskers that can be heard but the noise stopped at 11 so my parents got a great nights sleep. Thanks to the team for their help in making it a special treat.

I have had the most amazing experience, Karl who greeted me on arrival & checked me in went above & beyond. I told him how nervous I was about traveling by the tube, he not only found out which tube I should use & go to - he gave me an Oyster card he had spare! This not only took the stress out of my journey but made me feel amazing that he would do that!! Fantastic service, more companies need a Karl! Thankyou x

Genuine staff look after you in every way form the moment you walk in until you leave. All very courteous, smiling , friendly nothing to much trouble and how lucky we're we to have Roberto waiting on us . This guy has a smile to fill a room and a big heart to go with it.

Definitely coming back . Great location , comfy bed , clean room and 5 star service

Nice hotel, situated in a great location, everything you could possibly need/want in the room. Bed was huge and very comfy.

Safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, slippers and bath robes all in the wardrobes too.

We were so looking forward to our stay at the West End Hotel. We booked months ago and prepaid. We were not allowed to travel because of passport issues and the hotel has refused to move our stay to the spring of 2019. Apparently paying $1500 for a hotel does not get you customer service.�

I was staying at the hotel for my husband's birthday and a day in our marriage between 2 November 2017 and 5 November 2017. On 2 November I purchased a pair of shoes from the foot locker store for two new couples for me and one for my one-year-old baby who came back from a night out and wanted to order the suitcases. I was lucky to have one pair of shoes in my possession and the other pair of shoes (the baby's) was in the box. The room's cleaner simply threw them into the trash without checking at all if the box was full I went to the hotel at 1 am I was told they would contact me in the morning. And again in the morning you go to the hotel after all, it is a shoe worth 50 pounds and they claim interest in the investigation and if I have an invoice I explained to them that the invoice inside the box I remembered that I can access the shop from which I purchased and restore a receipt and so it was. I went back to the hotel in the reception hall of the two pairs of shoes and went back to the reception manager who claimed that they had contacted us and could not do anything I had asked for by mail or through. I contacted the hotel management and told me that it was not possible and I asked how a respectable hotel was being run, a hotel that respected itself and made its clients think they were lying For a moment they did not give the feeling of wanting to help so there are a few more important things from a clean room or good food and this service consciousness will never come back to the net and I will make sure all my acquaintances do not either.



התארחתי במלון לרגל יום הולדת של בעלי ויום בנישואין שלנו בין התאריכים 2 לנובמבר 2017 ועד ה5 לנובמבר 2017 ב2 לנובמבר רכשתי נעליים מ

foot locker store שני זוגות חדשות אחת עבורי ואחת עבור התינוקת שלי בת השנה שחזרתי מבילוי לילי ורציתי לעשות סדר במזוודות גיליתי להפתעתי ששתי קופסאות הנעליים חסרות למזלי זוג נעליים אחד היה אצלי והזוג נעליים השני (של התינוקת) היה בקופסא .המנקה של החדר פשוט זרקה אותם לפח מבלי לבדוק בכלל האם הקופסא מלאה שניגשתי למלון בשעה 1 בלילה נאמר לי שיצרו איתי קשר בבוקר . ושוב בבוקר ניגשת למלון בכל זאת מדובר על נעל בשווי של 50 פאונד ולטענתם העניין בחקירה והאם יש לי חשבונית שהסברתי להם שהחשבונית בתוך הקופסא נזכרתי שיש באפשרותי לגשת לחנות ממנה רכשתי ולשחזר קבלה וכך היה. חזרתי למלון שביידי הקבלה של שתי זוגות הנעליים ושוב חוזרת למנהל משמרת הקבלה שטוען שיצרו איתנו קשר ואין באפשרותו לעשות דבר שביקשתי מייל או דרך.התקשרות עם הנהלת המלון נאמר לי שאין זה אפשרי ואני שואלת איך מתנהלת רשת מכובדת מלון שמכבד את עצמו וגורם ללקוחותיו לחשוב שהם משקרים לרגע אחד לא נתנו הרגשה של רצון לעזור אז יש קצת יותר דברים חשובים מחדר נקי או אוכל טוב וזה תודעת שירות לא אחזור לרשת לעולם ואדאג שכל מכריי גם לא.
