"How about a Frida Kahlo brunch that’s super colourful and sure to rake in those Insta likes, and taste oh so good (which is the most important part).

Will 100%%%%%% be going back there. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Myself and my friend stayed in the lobby all day and they did not have an issue at all. Great place. Beautiful views and the spa is lovely.

User

What a lovely hotel, staff here are lovely, helpful and all very professional.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Only had the breakfast here and it was great.Views is lovely here just sitting in the dinning area or out in the gardens overlooking the Thames is very relaxing.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area but close enough to the DLR line to take you wherever you wish to go.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back.

This was the second time at The Rasisson Blu Edwardian New Providence. A great location close enough to the city for the 2 nights we spent celebrating our friends 50th birthday. The special touch of a birthday cake and card in her room was a lovely surprise.

The staff at all levels were very polite and attentive to our needs, engaging in conversation on our day and what we had been up to.

The restaurant menu is to a classic choices of home comfort food - highly recommend the Mini Yorkshire pudding with horseradish mash potatoes & beef starters, shepherds pie and cheeseboard.

We are already planning our next visit later this year.

Thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable 👍🏼

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and faultless hotel.

From the warm friendly welcome with offerings of Prosecco or fruity water (we had the fruity water!!) to the spotless and well appointed room with River View.

We stayed here due to us attending a show at The O2 to see Nickelback....and we are glad we did. Such a spacious room, huge bathroom with big, deep full bath and big shower with a rainfall shower head. Nice toiletries too...robes and slippers are a nice touch.

The bed is king size and firm which I like and was really comfy.

All in all, an amazing hotel, amazing experience and great staff.

We will definitely be staying here if attending The O2 or coming to London in general...although out of the city as such, it’s still easy on the DLR to Bank then onwards from there.

Thank You Radisson

User

This hotel is AMAZING!

Really contemporary with amazing views.

The rooms are clean, spacious and the best are super comfortable.

Will definitely be returning, thank you

User

Stayed her last night before going to See Steps across the water at the O2, We wasn’t able to see the O2 arena from our room but when having a beautiful breakfast this morning we had a wonderful view from the hotels restaurant. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day, would highly recommend, also have a free shuttle service to and from Canary Wharf station.

User

Spent 2 nights at the Radisson last weekend to take my 7 year daughter to see Little mix at the O2. What a fabulous hotel, our room was lovely- the bathroom was something else and the staff were outstanding. We were very sorry to leave we will definately return in the future

User

Second time we have stayed here, fantastic hotel, excellent facilities, friendly staff and I would recommend getting the rooms with the view over the Thames and the O2 Arena.

User

Lovely hotel, we have stayed here a few times and once again weren’t disappointed. The rooms are very nice, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were, as usual, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the dining room which affords a view over the river, the food was excellent though it did take quite a while to arrive. The only criticism we have is that the service at the bar was quite slow even though it wasn’t busy and room service, too, was quite slow. However, all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and have already booked again for next year as this hotel is also very handy for the O2 and the NTAs which is why we were visiting. Would definitely recommend and will be back next year again.

Just got back from staying here spending the night, we went to Micky Flanagan at the o2 last night. Absolutely beautiful hotel, though slightly difficult to get to on foot from Canary Wharf station (iPhone satnav was NOT helping). Check in was really quick and easy. We had messaged the hotel beforehand as we've just recently got engaged and we're celebrating an early 10 year anniversary, had a beautifully decorated room with towel swans, rose petals, a card and a pretty plate with fruit and dessert! Such a lovely touch. Room was wonderfully clean and cosy, we had a great nights sleep and bathroom was great, loved having the choice of walk in shower or bath! The buffet breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have ever had, great quality items especially the fresh croissants and homemade orange and nectarine preserve! Very impressed and would definitely come back to stay! X

User

I had the best time here on Saturday night with my Man and his Work friends celebrating a little bit of Christmas 🎄. The Staff were all fabulous & very friendly. The atmosphere was cheerful and festive decoration really made it feel like Christmas ... our room was really big and I loved the Decore ... Especially the Bathroon which was really up market in comparison to a few hotels I won’t mention. . Tower hotel ... I highly recommend the Staff here for being helpful and really going out of their way to make sure our stay was fabulous.. . .However a small criticism, sorry .. I do feel the Breakfast area could have been run more smoothly as tables were not ready, the breakfast pastries were minimal and the toasters were slow .. the Frantic Waitress who welcomed us was clearly in a blind panic and needed to be more organised with setting tables up ready rather than sitting people at dirty tables with no Waitress or waiters ready. . Other than this tiny issue I really loved staying here and definitely would again. 4Stars +

Merry Christmas to all the staff xx

User

Great hotel!! We had a great stay there last night. We ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, with a good view of the O2 before heading off there in the evening to see Micky Flanagan. The hotel arranged a taxi for us via their in house virtual butler, Edward.

The room was really lovely, bed was amazingly comfortable and even the pillows (which I normally struggle with in hotels) were really comfy. The bathroom was spotless and had the bonus of a full size bath and walk in shower. Lots of thoughtful extras in the bathroom too.

Breakfast this morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! The choice was really good and varied.

We will definitely be staying here again!!

User

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Stayed here for the other half's 40th and they tick the box in every department. Room, breakfast, view, hospitality, all top drawer. A nice little touch in the room too from them for her birthday, also with a personal birthday card .

User

Modern, secure, clean and friendly staff.

We stayed there to go to the O2 as we read that it was .4 mile from the venue, this is however over the river with no connection.

It is 15-20 min taxi ride £15-£18 each way to the O2.

User

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff. NB it says they are only around 0.6 mile from O2 arena - it is, but the Thames is in between! Ended up spending more on taxis than I wanted.

User

Good hotel, really good colleagues.

Scoff and Banter serves decent food. Bar glasses could do with a freshen up for serving a decent Peroni.

Canary Wharf shopping is col.

We will stay again.

User

Without question it is a Beautiful hotel, however I did feel the presentation and standard of the afternoon tea (food) could have been improved.

One member of the party had a gluten free afternoon tea, the bread for the sandwiches were stale and it appreared that no effect was made in presentation. If you give it as an option the presentation should be at the same standard as your regular afternoon tea.

User

Hello .. just a small point the bath wasn't clean ! Otherwise a great Hotel and great service.

User

Great check in and hospitable reception team. Nice in room facilities, clean and comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast items although very tasteless and poor quality produce used so could not eat it. Also waitress trying to carry two pots of tea in one hand and spilt the hot tea almost on my leg and was more worried about mopping this up off the table. For such an expensive room rate would expect better all round.
