Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey

Went for breakfast a few days ago with a voucher. Fantastic breakfast, buffet style. You can also order items such as omelettes etc. Been for events such as boxing which werbt so good due to poor pop up bars and service. No options for food at the events, not even crisps.

We spent 3 nights here and the hotel and staff are great. We had a few issues with the TV in the room but once we called reception, the maintenance guy came to our room in about 5 minutes of putting the phone down. Really very pleased with the hotel and service from the staff. The only thing I didn't like, was I thought there needed to be more options on breakfast room service menu; bit besides that excellent stay and wonderful view from bedroom window.

Good hotel. Quick check in. Access controlled lifts provide an additional layer of security to guests. The bar and restaurant are well stocked. Breakfast was scrumptious. TV controls a lot of facilities including quick checkout. Helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

We were on the top floor with a inland view. The room was pretty good but I was a little disappointed that we could hear guests outside the room or outside the hotel.
The room needs to be repaired as there were loads of marks on the walls.
Regardless we will be going back again but this time with a seaveiw.

Good place to stay, excellent. Friendly helpful staff with great service. Hotel in town centre with all amenities area to walk, run and cycle. Highly recommend.

Although they have PRM accessible rooms access to the pool is by ladders only. How do they expect disabled people to use ladders!!! Rooms are basic, aimed at business users. Drinks prices are extortionate! Hot water is at a premium early evening. Not somewhere I'd return to.

Rooms are great. Beds are extremely comfortable and we have a good view of Elizabeth Castle. Staff are always friendly and try to accommodate requests.

Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of high quality foods. They will try to make any requests you have too. Staff are sometimes busy so depending on the time it might take them a while to bring you any requested food. They have signs around however which indicate the times it will be busy.

Lovely view over the harbour and not a long walk to the town centre. Room was large and clean. Breakfast nice enough (mushrooms a bit heavy) and staff helpful.

Stayed here for the night courtesy of easy jet as flight was cancelled. Great hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. View from room was really beautiful. Would recommend.
