We have been loving the BNF Healthy Eating Week challenges this week! Time for another – go for a walk on your lunch break and get active!

Challenge 3 of BNF Healthy Eating Week – Drink plenty. As always, there is free water, tea and coffee stations in the staff canteen to help you stay hydrated.

Challenge 2 of BNF Healthy Eating Week – Have 5 a Day. We’re aiming to have at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables each day this week. Today we are providing free fruit in both staff room canteens to help towards meeting your five a day. Please come and help yourselves!

Kicking off BNF Healthy Eating Week with our first challenge – have a healthy breakfast every day! We’re including wholegrain foods, one of our 5 a day and an unsweetened drink.

We are looking forward to taking part in the BNF Healthy Eating Week on Monday. We have lots planned to help us achieve the five BNF Healthy Eating Week challenges: Have Breakfast, Have 5 a Day, Drink Plenty, Get Active and Sleep Well! Let’s do this!

Big Congratulations to our Customer Service team leader Charlotte who is getting married next week! We all wish you a lifetime of happiness.

Today we said Goodbye to our Maintenance Manager Jose! Jose has been with us for 7 years and has been such an important part of our journey as a company. It was a sad day for all of us at Raynors but we’re excited for his next adventure.
