The majority of doctors have at some point had problems with their own mental health. As GPs we spend a lot of time focusing on our patients’ mental health but who is looking out for our own?
RCGP Faculties (South East and South West Thames and RCGP London) in partnership with RCPsych have put together an exciting program looking at how to maintain our own wellbeing & mental health as GPs.
