Went to this burger place for lunch after my son's graduation yesterday food was lovely customer service also really good, but one request please please open one in East London

This place has the best beef burgers in London! The quality and preparation of the food is what makes this place unique. You can order anything from there and it'll be 100% top quality!! My favourite restaurant for the last 4 years and I tend to visit every other week.. If you haven't been here already you need to try it everyone I've taken has given this 10/10

They say speak as you find .. well after my first visit to this place I shall be going again . Great service by the friendly staff . Food was awesome too enjoyed every bit of it . Well done to all the staff at red iron

One of many admirers of Red Iron, who have transformed the halal burger scene with outstanding food and with their newly opened Steakhouse they have an even bigger and better array of food to try.

Excellent service! Food was tasty! My burger was a bit cold so asked to have it warmed up as I had taken a few bites, staff could not have been more helpful and instead made me a new one without any fuss. Thank you guys!

5 STARS services, my 1st time at Red Iron Burgers. I was surprised by the great food quality and taste, all members of stuff smiling and if you visit this restaurant you must go to VIP area.

Went on a Sunday so naturally it wasn't that busy. Staff showed us to our table with a big smile :) Ordered our food and it was made pretty quick and it was so nice! Just two bad things.

1) I think it is quite pricy for what it is. I mean a coke cost £1.95 so I think you get point

2) when we went to pay, the lady said "table for 3?" And I was like just like WHAT! I've been here the past hour and I've eaten and you think I'm a new customer. I just felt that it was a bit disrespectful that the lady thought we were new customers when we ordered from her!

Tasty good size burger . Excellent service by the two waitresses and warm welcome by the gentlemen on counter. Only 2 suggestions if burger bun had options of with or without poppyseed and could introduce beers .Nachos was 1.95 easily enough for 4 for a nibble..

My first time at red iron burgers yesterday for iftari. I had the buffalo wings which were amazing and the red iron burger meal. The food was very nice so the hype about this place is right. The only downside was the waitresses apart from the nice Hungarian girl who sat us down and took our orders, the others seemed lost and oblivious to anything when we asked any questions or asked for extras we had to repeat 3-4 times. Even after asking for the bill and waiting 10 mins still nothing. Foods good service could be better

Definitely one of the best burgers in the south. inhave been let down by quite a few BIG burger chains but this has been the most consistent one. Medium cooked beef patty is a treat and something that brings me back every now and then. I must say that weekends are really busy and the taste and service does suffer at times. This is something that they should address as consistency is the most important thing when it comes to taste.

Burger was nice, chips were the best and the blue cheese sauce was delicious. The garlic mayo was very strong in taste and I have to say we did wait quite a while for our food. Overall it was good

Service is very very much poor.u placed the order and pay the money and after............ you.... wait and wait ur order...

I was very disappointed by their poor service... delivered wrong food and my food items was missing as well after waiting long term.

Amazing food let down by really rubbish customer service. Never been to a place where the attendants walk around with face down so as to not see if anyone needs attention. Please please do something about it. Your amazing food deserves super staff.

Went to red iron yesterday and there was no steak, no ribs or buns. So the only thing was what? Chips? lol

I asked the waiter what are you serving then? and he said ‘nothing’

How unorganised! Management should have done a stock count and made an order before Christmas! �

some of there lunch menu had run out . The chicken salad with croutons came out burnt,with so much sauce over. The waiter ( male) took the money (bill) and did not bring the change back( it's up to us to give tip not for the waiter to decide) . I said nothing due to Beeing with my son. The female waiter was friendly

Walked in one of the staff giving my daughter stares she 18 and made her feel uncomfortable!food gone down hill chips greasy n full of oil sent back ! Burgers pink and falling apart asked for well done service always been good been there several times won't be going back as service lastnite a joke and food a joke very disappointed

Very disappointing experience! Having asked for a medium well red iron burger, found myself eating an under-cooked slab of meat shoved between two buns..... almost like a microwave dinner that you have to re-heat as a result of uneven temperature.



Thanks to you guys, I now have a case of the old Irritable bowels!



Also quite disappointing that there was no alcohol served to accompany the food.

Literally the worst service I've ever had in my life so far. Walked out of the restaurant without ordering any food. Only one waitres was there and impossible to get her to take orders. So I went to the till telling her that we were ready to order. She goes 'Be patient, I'm busy' aggressively. So walked out straight away. Will never return. The waitress was literally rude af.

Lamb burger had a weird taste and was almost raw and my husband's burger had so much sauce on it that it was almost impossible to see what was in the bun and almost as hard to actually eat it. Coating on buffalo chicken wings tasted mostly of vinegar. Very disappointed in the standard of food given the high price. Won't be going again.
