JUST A GENTLE REMINDER When any client is having a job requiring a large amount of time booked out a deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. We allow up to 15 minutes lateness before your appointment will be classed as a no show. Your deposit will not be returned if you fail to keep your appointment. We understand that things come up and will happily move your appointment on 1 occasion. If you need to move your appointment a second time your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required. We thank you for your understanding 😀
