Had an amazing time for my friends hen party! All props and sweets put everyone in a good mood! Drinks were amazing and was an amazing atmosphere! The manager was very attentive and made sure we were all enjoying ourselves! �����

Absolutely brilliant evening. Was for a friend's hen do and we literally couldn't of asked for more. Was really great! Manager also ensured everything went great for the whole party �

went here for my mums birthday night out. staff were very friendly. had the vip area which was decorated lovely. thanks to the new manager who was fantasic!!! all in all we had a great night. will definitely be returning on my next night out!! ����

Had a great night in here last night celebrating my friends birthday, we had a VIP area set up for us on arrival, my friend was made to feel very special. Good atmosphere too.

Great music the place has had some refurb but maybe some aircon would have helped it was unbearably hot n sweaty in there toilets have had some work bur still no locks on the doors it's had a new floor too but I'm afraid it's still sticky .....despite all this we had a good night would have stayed later if it wasn't so hot 8n there

Normally love reflex. However last night it stank was dead. Ended up leaving as no atmosphere and minging toilets. Gone right down bank

I went in with my friends last night, I went to the loos and slipped as someone must have spilt their drink near the door, I managed to grab hold of the barrier then as soon as I did two bouncers come to me, grabbed me by my shirt and forcibly dragged me to the back door and threw me out, despite me being perfectly sober.. I tried to explain but they were having non of it..they shouted at me and told me to go away.. I find the staff rude.. I never cause any trouble and have had a simmler experience a the Hanley reflex, they wouldn't let me in because I sneezed..I will not be returning...

Would never go again! Only if I have to! Otherwise it's HANLEY reflex which is brilliant!

This reflex- Disgusting, unclean! And could of been spoken to a bit better by some certain members of staff! No wonder it was empty to be honest! Shame really!

Had one drink and left!

Went to reflex tonight. I have been in some dirty places but oh my life. The toilets in this place are the worse I have ever seen. One had no door on, two had no locks on, three were blocked and even had glasses in them, none had toilet paper. I could not go to the toilet. Went to ask to speak to manager. Spoke to “team leader” no manger available I told her about how I found the toilets, she replied do they have toilet paper. I said no but that’s the least of your worries. She said all I can do is take toilet paper in there. Safe to say I left ��

The music they play is awesome but it's a shame the doorman/women have to spoil things. They are very rude and quick to remove you with unnecessary force for no good reason which is not allowed if you do not object to leaving. I do not drink and have seen this happen on a number of occasions especially the woman they employ �

Staff on the door are rude. They treat you all like every single one of you are wee wreck-less drunks and they think it gives them the right to speak to you like a worthless drunk. It’s us that pay their wages!! If we didn’t come here and buy drinks that place wouldn’t exist. I hardly drink and was fully aware of what was going on. I was told to drink up as it’s closing time. I don’t rush and was aware I had ten minutes before they shut. Three times the doorman came over to me within a space of 2 minutes asking me to leave. I left when I was ready and before they closed. I don’t need someone to tell me when to drink up. I didn’t even want to finish my drink. I don’t need to gulp my drink and leave. I can just leave it there. And as I walked out the rude door lady grabbed my handbag and started rummaging In it. I snatched it from her and said you have no right and no permission to rummage in my bag. She said I hid my beer bottle in it. I politely pointed at the bar where my half finished drunk was. She didn’t even apologise. Rude! Told her to keep her grubby fat mitts off my property.

Shocking place. Dirty , especially the left over cocaine trails in the ladies toilet. Disgusting. Had one drink and left never to return again!!!!!

No larger on draft, rather disappointing. Flat coke, dirty toilets.

Me and my friends went to come into reflex last night and my friend was made to walk up and down 3 times which she did perfectly fine to be then told she couldn't come in anyway by one of your billy big balls bouncers, so she decided to go home so me and my other friend put her in a taxi and got back into the que to get to the front to be asked if we have I'd which we have never been asked for before as we are both in our 30s and have never needed I'd so obviously we don't carry it so we were turned away, I think you need to retrain your staff to have a bit more manners and not speak to people the way he did in absolutely fuming �
