Wow!! Great Staff and delicious food services, the perfect luxury hotel. :)

We loved it here. We had a room looking over the garden. Very central to all popular tourist spots but no in the hustle and bustle . Lovely room and amenities without the massive London price hike.

Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms are very addequit for the price.

Lovely little room, only stayed one night as had a show to see in the theatre which wasn't to far away! Breakfast was quick and very nice and bed was very comfortable too would go again x

Hidden gem close to everything yet quiet, excellent staff, comfortable bed, nice rooms and a small garden with free tea & coffee with seating, a very enjoyable stay.

Only one exception, the room was Just next to... Inside the breakfast room.

Nice clean room although a little small. Modern bathroom and very quiet. This hotel is well situated with busses out the front door and tube stations of Goodge St and Russell Square within easy walking distance.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. A full English breakfast is included so you get a good start to the day.

The staff at this hotel are so rude! When we checked in the guy at the desk was so blunt and boring, when we got in at midnight last night we had a man knock on our door telling us we were being too loud when actually all we were doing was sitting in bed, watching TV and eating McDonald’s! He didnt even tell us who he was so god knows if he even worked there!

This morning when we went down for breakfast the girl serving had a face on her like a smacked arse and they didnt have any soya milk or anything for people with allergies so some of us couldn’t actually have breakfast despite paying for it and finally when we check out the guy at the desk just took our room key without saying a word to us, not even a goodbye or hope your stay was nice!

It was clear no one here enjoys their job! Rooms were okay, beds moved a lot which was annoying. Definitely wont be staying again.
