Reiki Second Degree (Practitioner Course) – Okuden Prerequisite Reiki I
Okuden brings a deeper understanding of the Reiki energies as well as an increase in abilities. This is practitioner level and gives the student more tools to work with. On completion of six case studies, you will be awarded a practitioner certificate. A certificate of attendance will be issued to all students for those who only wish to study for their own benefit and not practise professionally.

One of my favourite therapies...

I am thrilled to be collaborating again with those lovely ladies from Yoga Leggs and the inspiring Allison Kelsey for a late Autumn and Gong Workshop on Sunday 4th November. Our last event sold out in a very short space of time, so please get in touch with Becki Spurdle if you'd like to book yourself a ticket to the event. Last month we were totally blissed out by the end of the afternoon! Our theme for this event will be working with the warrior Goddess Kali, integrating our Shadow self which is an important step on the path to self individuation and realisation.

Wonderful! Loving mantra so much at the present time. I really love the Voice segment of our Gong Master Practitioner Training where we cover Mantra and Toning.

Having a short break over the Summer from doing our regular Epping sounds baths, so will be back in full sonic force on Wednesday 5th and also the 19th September. Looking forward to seeing you.

I've been missing being immersed in the gong space for the past week after a couple of days of being home, so have improvised and created a new gong stand courtesy of the magnolia tree in my garden. Enjoying some New Moon bliss. <3 🌙

Getting to know the Gong at our recent Harmony of the Spheres Gong Master Training 2018

To explain the mix of what we do here at Reiki Drum & Sacred Sound Inspirations, I've put together a video to give people a feel of the combination of Reiki practices, Sound Healing (drumming, gong, bowls, voice), Shamanic Practice, residential retreats in beautiful locations around the UK, community events local to home, classes, workshops and one on one treatment sessions. This 22 minute video gives a deep insight into the healing, learning, joy, friendship and magic which takes place in everything we strive to do. A big thank you to everyone who attended classes, workshops, events and retreats who contributed to the making of this video.

a special friend guided me to one of Sarah's magical gong/sound baths, it was an experienced never to forget and it changed my path in life for the better. Five years on I have attended numerous gong baths, sound events, sonic exploration evenings, honouring of the ancestors, the annual spring Equinox Reiki Drumming day, and the sound and light immersion 2 day workshop. The drum healing and journeying is an experience not to be missed. All of this I have done with Sarah who runs her workshops with so much love, light, and the most beautiful energy. There truly is no one else I would rather work with, there is a connection that is hard to explain unless you have attended one of her events. I have completed my Reiki level II and completed the Reiki Drum Practitioner Training, which I use on a regular basis. I do now tend to use more with animals as there are no limits to where this can help. I feel blessed to have met Sarah and thank her for so much.

The workshops and courses are pure magick and the sound baths are pure bliss. Be prepared to become part of sound-healing and often life-changing extravaganzas. All the time being in the safe, strong and guiding hands of Sarah.

It's been a few days since receiving the Munay Ki rites with Sarah and I am still letting it all sink in. It feels like such a honour to have worked with Sarah, the energy of the Inca's, and the other wonderful souls attending the weekend. Sarah creates sacred space like no other I have come across. We were supported, encouraged and held in heart throughout. The weekend itself flowed beautifully; Sarah had clearly spent many months planning. Sarah combined receiving and sharing the rites with group discussion in circle, sound healing, divination exercises and visualisation sessions. We even carried out a beautiful fire ceremony in the sunshine! As an energy healer I can feel the increased energy flowing through me. Things have come up from clearing - a good thing! I would recommend anyone drawn to the Munay Ki rites to go ahead and join Sarah asap. You won't be disappointed! Thank you sincerely Sarah xxx
