If then, the landlord is happy to go ahead with the services Residenza properties Ltd has to provide, we ask for the landlord to arrange a set of keys for ourselves which makes the viewing process a lot easier. If for any reason you, the landlord are unable to provide us with a set of keys, we aim to arrange viewings as effectively as possible, by contacting you directly via phone or email (whichever you prefer), in order to finalise a suitable time for both yourself and the potential tenant /s.
