Oliver had a racing accident on 28th September which resulted in a traumatic brain injury. So many people who have a connection with Oliver wanted to do something, rather than nothing, just to try to help.
We've shaped and refined this help into a one off short period of fundraising with the specific objective of paying for additional physical and occupational therapy and equipment for Oliver as he enters the long rehabilitation phase of his recovery.
Today marks the launch o...f the final planned event which is our Grand Draw and our Motoring Draw, both of which have fantastic prizes up for grabs. All prizes have been generously donated by local individuals and companies primarily in the Bawtry and Retford areas.
Tickets are £2.50 each and will only be on sale up until 15th December with all prizes drawn on Monday 16th December in good time for Christmas.

Oliver Brindley is a promising Flat Track Motorcycle racer from the UK who has spent the last two years chasing his dream to be a professional flat track racer competing at the highest level in the USA. Not only that, but Oliver is Graham’s godson, and The Brindleys have been family friends of the Mapplebecks for over 40 years, with Graham and Oliver’s dad Derek becoming friends at primary school.
Unfortunately Oliver was caught up in a nasty crash at the 2019 season finale a...t Meadowlands in New Jersey, USA on Saturday 28th September 2019.
He has been left with some serious head injuries and will be facing a long road to full recovery. He is being treated over in the United States and during this time Oliver and his family will need the support of all his friends, family and fans. A JustGiving page has been set up to help with the expenses that will be incurred during his journey to recovery.
Tomorrow we are running the Yorkshire Wildlife 5k for you Oliver. You have been in our thoughts and prayers every second of every day for the past two weeks. We plan to run as hard as we can for your recovery. We are sending so much love across the pond and hope we can raise some money for such a worthwhile cause.
