Reynolds Fitness Spa

Took my mum who is 81 here yesterday for a spa day. Wonderful time staff very attentive - a special shout out to a member of staff call Sarah couldn't help enough � Keep up the great work Reynolds we will be returning and possibly joining ���

Myself, my husband and our eldest son, had a PT induction and session with Cameron, who has made up a plan of what we each want to achieve.....this has been hard, but no pain, no gain right? Staff are all very friendly. I would highly recommend Reynolds to anyone.

Magnificent atmosphere and great ambiance in the whole place felt like a million dollars after doing gym swim and spa for the day 💃🏻Loved the heated stone loungers and the Caribbean rain storm showers 🚿 in the spa wow 😁Was truely a fantastic experience & the relaxing ambiance of music 🎶 was just simply perfection 👌🏼Getting a full membership my health is my wealth 💫And worth every penny Must mention that they also supply a guest pass too and a full day free trial try before you buy too so don't worry about some of the bad comments some you cannot please all of the people all of the time and some love ❤️ a good old moan and find faults in anything appreciated everything about this place and could not find one fault so I give it 5* for excellent as the staff was manorly and genuinely nice 👍🏻 and helpful in looking forward to spending a lot of time there peace ✌🏽 xxxxxxx

Had an Personal Training Session with Hayley, even though it was a little hard, I still enjoyed it. This is all down to Hayley, she was great from start to finish, very thorough & she has lovely manner about her, I’ve already booked another session with her. The whole place itself is great, I’ll think be coming for many years to come.

Had a friend down for the weekend and we fancied a spa day. Turned up and the staff were fab and so accommodating. The heated loungers and foot spas in the spa area were amazing. We literally spent the entire day here and managed to get booked in for a back, neck & shoulder and head massage that same day and at great value. Will be coming back. It was just the day we were looking for �

Had a fantastic spa day with friends to celebrate one of them having a special birthday. We took our own cake and bubbles which the staff gladly chilled for us! We all enjoyed our chosen treatments as well as relaxing in the spa with full use of the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. 2 of our group booked themselves into one of the exercise classes which they said was good. We all enjoyed the generous and yummy afternoon tea style lunch included in our package. The spa was very clean and well managed with professional staff who were very attentive. We will most definitely return soon, thank you �

The classes are at a good time and the instructors know their stuff!! Looking forward to a few classes changing in the new week or so to spice things up slightly!

As usual a good work out in pleasant relaxed surroundings. Brilliant gym friendly staff

I joined and have so far made use of the pool and some classes. I’ve yet to venture into the gym, but I will and look forward to it. Only little niggle is sometimes the changing rooms could be cleaner, the showers need checking regularly.

I enjoy the fact that there is space and I generally get on the equipment I need. The pool sauna and steam room are a bonus. But I would add for the price we pay to be members some investment in upgrading some equipment would be good. Not just spend money on reception area to make it look dazzling. And one last point suggest they look at flooring from pool to changing rooms as they can be major slip hazards.

Great place. Had a lovely time with friends. Could do with a better menu and the kitchen to be on site and not just order the food in but the food was nice. Prices are good too.

Booked a last minute spa day and had both a full body and scalp massage by Emma, both were amazing, best I've had at a spa day. Facilities were lovely, clean and relaxing although a heads up about the hour long very noisy aquasize class would have been appreciated so I could have planned my time away from the area. The receptionists were helpful upon arrival, only let down by a different receptionist when I left who ignored me for quite a while. Will most likely book a spa day here again.

Yet again no air conditioning in the spin room. Told at reception that they are waiting for an engineer. It's already been two months. How much longer do we have to wait?

Sunbeds needs new bulbs but nice place yeah just needs some TLC

Today both the sun a and the steam room would out of order. The chemical in the pool feels excessive as it makes your eyes sting. In the gym the water cooler is out of action.

Pretty poor day really

I joined because it wasn't like other gyms. Sadly it has become clicky now. It's a shame as I really liked the way the business was built & want to support a local gym. All four of us have cancelled our membership now.
