We had been looking all over for a table and dresser combination to match our kitchen. On finally finding a company that could do what we wished for we decided on Richmond house furniture. They were great talked through our colours and allowed us swatches of colour to match to the kitchen units. We asked if it was possible to put table and dresser tops to the same thickness and solid wood of the worktop we have. They matched them to perfection. Emma really helped us out and kept us up to date on how our order was progressing. On delivery day the guys arrived at the said time and one coming into the house they laid protective covers on the floor to assembly the table. We could not have wished for a better service. We have also now decided to have further items made to our exact specification. Well done Richmond.

Recently had our new bespoke Kitchen with granite worktops fitted by Richmond House and I'm now happy to give them a glowing review. We stumbled across Richmond House on our way into Downtown. It was a stroke of luck as the price of the kitchen from Richmond House was approximately the same price as we were quoted by Howdens, Magnet and Downtown but for a much superior quality and bespoke Kitchen. The service we received from Ian and his team was excellent throughout even though I must have emailed Emma and Ian more times than I care to admit to - but they answered me every time. We had a few niggling very minor problems with the Kitchen after install - with the door handles and some cupboard doors were sticking - but they were promptly resolved to our satisfaction without question and absolutely no fuss whatsoever. As for the Kitchen - we love it. It looks the business and so much nicer (by some margin) than anything we saw at the other more popular kitchen suppliers - and everything looks and feels sturdy and robust (although time will tell on this one, as with anything). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Kitchen supplied and fitted by Richmond House (although they don't do the plumbing side but that wasn't an issue for us).

My new kitchen, designed by Ian at Richmond House Furniture, has just been fitted. To say I’m absolutely delighted is an understatement! The quality of the workmanship is amazing and this is down to the craftsmen who made and fitted the kitchen (cake may be on its way soon). A big thank you to Kayleigh and Emma who helped me decide on colours, finish and worktop. All in all a great experience and money well spent. Would not hesitate to recommend and I’ll post photos of the finished kitchen later week. Thanks RHF.

Just had our Bennington larder delivered & it is absolutely stunning! We had an issue with damage upon delivery but communication great & they were so professional it was sorted & replaced without any squabbles.

what can i say we have had our beautiful bespoke kitchen for just under a year now and don't get me wrong the units are solid and great value for money and i am more than pleased with them they are exactly as i wanted (hence the 3* ), but after sale service not so good it started with a leak from the tap ( the plumber had not tightened the cold feed to tap ) by the time we noticed it the water was under the vinyl and lifted and bowed , we phoned the company and e mailed and although they eventually came and replaced the wet cabinets my partner had to do the plumbing work ( as they had no in-house plumbers at the time ), we have heard nothing from the company since this episode to ask if all had gone well and or offer compensation for flooring ( we have now replaced due to old floor so bowed it was a trip hazard ) i am slightly disappointed as i have waited over 30 years ( and used my inheritance money ) for my dream kitchen and chose a local family run business for the personal touch, customer service just needs to be a bit more caring please.

We had a larder unit made bespoke, although the larder is good quality and well made it arrived damaged. It had a slight scratch and indentation on the paintwork which is very visible, you don't expect this when you pay these prices. The unit still hasn't been repaired as we are still waiting for a response after 3 weeks. The customer service is very poor with us doing all the chasing. If the unit arrived un damaged this would probably be a 5 star rating but customer service lets it down big time. Please come back to me with a resolution asap....
