In a city like London where keeping fit is in vogue, Ringtone boxing gym separates itself from the herd of cash making, fashionable gym chains, and deals in genuinely building people! Not just physically but by igniting belief which is paramount in life, before aesthetics of your abs and wearing Nike.
Ben Day is a full time athlete and didn't find boxing till much later than most professionals. You don't play boxing, it consumes your life. Ben lives and breathes boxing, and created Ringtone Boxing Gym in that same flame.
Great vibe about the place, you feel welcome no matter what your capabilities or level of fitness....... Highly recommend the place :)
