Christmas 2018 at Riverside Venue, Heathrow.

With Riverside being recommended to us, we hosted our Engagement ceremony with them back in May 2015. Little did I know they would become like family, in terms of care, level of support, and accommodating to our every need.



One thing that sits highly within the Tamil community, and am sure many others, is the quality and quantity of food. Riverside exceeded expectations, with even the most notorious critics complimenting how excellent the food was in all aspects. Given this and the above, it was a no brainer to make Riverside the venue of choice for our big day.



Fast forward to May 2017, where we had exclusive use of the whole venue, which worked very well in order to accommodate the morning Hindu ceremony, followed by lunch, followed by an evening reception.



With TJ being my point of contact, I can hand on heart say he took away any stresses in arranging such a complex day. His creativity, and imagination, allowed for what turned out to be a very unique event, which several days on people are still complimenting on how amazing the event was.

The list can go on…but to sum up, the whole experience from initial discussion with TJ right through to the end of the Wedding, everything ran smoothly, with utmost professionalism, organisation and love! Having a fabulous smiling helpful team who are passionate about their jobs is the icing on the cake.

We are so glad we booked this venue! Jilna was in charge of our planning and preparation- so friendly and helpful. She was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. Jilna was always there no matter how many times we would call her. She understood exactly what we wanted and it was proved on the day - she turned our vision into reality! Our event manager on the Mehndi event was Monish and he was just as great! He did not leave our side for a minute and kept everything under control and treated us all so well. Weddings are always stressful especially for the brides family and they both made everything so easy for us! The service was excellent from the decor to the food to everything! It was pure perfection. Thank you to the team at Riverside and especially to Jilna and Monish. We will definitely book with them again for any future events and totally recommend it to others!

This venue is definitely the best especially now that it is run by Vishal for the past few years. This is my 2nd booking for the big hall upstairs, in as many years. Everything is on point from decor to management. We got looked after to an extremely high level. Vishal is a people's person, and will improvise to make any event a successful one! Food was also to a very high standard, along with the staff that served it. Well done guys and I'm sure we will see you again for another party ����

Thank you to Riverside Venue for hosting our wedding reception. It was a lovely day with excellent food and service and all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good sized venue and good service.

Riverside did a fantastic job at making sure my wedding went according to plan! TJ, the event manager on my day was very proactive and on top of everything. It really made the day run smoothly and I'm sure our guests enjoyed their service and amazing food as much as I did.

From the moment I booked right to the actual event I have had nothing but excellent service.

The staff were very professional and organised I didn't have to do a single thing it was all very carefully and professionally sorted out for me. In fact I returned from my holidays three days before the event!

I would thoroughly recommend the venue which was stunning and beautifully presented.

The staff were very helpful from Jilna in the office to Tj who spent the whole evening with us to prevent any mishaps. They were totally in control allowing my family and friends to enjoy the party.

The owner Vishal could not have done any more for us and gave totally brilliant value for money.

Being in the wedding industry, I see many suppliers/venues/caterers etc on a weekly basis. I can honestly say that Vishal and his team at Riverside provide an exceptional service from beginning to end as well as a mouth watering cuisine. I recently used Riverside for a family event and the talk of the night was the service and food! It was so good that we have immediately booked in another event approaching in March.



For an all round well organised event at a venue that ticks all the boxes, look no further then The Riverside Venue!

A big thank you to the Riverside team for hosting our wedding reception. Special thanks to Amit, TJ & Vishal. Amit was fantastic who helped us plan the whole event and made it all stress free, always made sure his covered everything and also made suggestions when he felt it won’t work or look right. Always made sure we were comfortable with all the details and also ensured what we’ve requested was understood to avoid any last minute misunderstanding. Amit went out of his way to ensure everything was the way we had planned on the day, he ensured the event manager on the day is fully updated with everything, the whole experience from initial discussion with Amit & TJ right through to the end of the Wedding Reception, everything ran smoothly, with utmost professionalism, accommodating to last minute changes with care.
