1 To encourage the cooperation of voluntary groups, statutory authorities and individuals in service to the community.
2 To foster the idea of voluntary and community service particularly amongst young people by providing opportunities and guidance
3 To focus the attention of the community at large on social problems with a view to creating a sense of individual and communal responsibility and participation in the remedying of such problems.
4 To provide or assist in the provision of facilities to help and educate young people who are residents in Nepal, develop their physical, mental, and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and valued members of society.
