We had the best time at Stance last night. We had some (very) fast legs from some of London's quickest fixed gear riders. Thanks to all who came, it was a blast!

Rollapaluza Static Cycling Coach Team Leader Responsibilities
• Managing and running static cycling events • Managing transport and driving to and from events
Job Brief
We are looking for a competent Team Leader who is passionate about encouraging and enabling cycling. A Team Leader will be responsible for running events and managing staff, leading a team of two or three coaches.
Rollapaluza run hundreds of events annually, the majority of which are local to Greater London. We also regularly visit many areas of the UK and occasionally abroad. This role includes occasional nights away and some early starts and late finishes.
You will need to have a good level of physical fitness. The ability to engage with members of the public from all ages and backgrounds along with an enthusiasm for cycling.
The events themselves range from our extensive community and schools program, club and pub competition events along with corporate promotions and entertainment.
Responsibilities
• Loading and unloading vehicles • Set up and break down of racing equipment • Liaising with clients • Participant and spectator safety • Race sign up • Uploading results and photo’s to a central database
Team Leaders will also be required to periodically check, clean and maintain equipment alongside other ad hoc jobs as required.
This role offers a great opportunity to get involved in the heart of our small company, leading and working alongside other team members. The role would suit someone who is looking for flexible hours (including weekend work) or work alongside another full or part-time job.
Full training will be provided.
This is a self-employed role. Rates start at the London living wage during training. The hourly rate will rise when taking on the Team Leader Roll. If you are 21 or over and have held a full driving license for more than a year this could be the opportunity for you.

This years Good Friday Racing at Leevalley Velo Park has found a new sponsor, the wonderful Condor Cycles (our longest standing partner).
We'll be there as part of the family entertainment, of which there appears to be quite a lot!

What a fantastic evening we had on Monday. Big thanks go to Caspar and Jackob for creating a great atmosphere. We had riders ranging from those who could just fit the little bikes at their lowest settings through youth national champions, disabled rider, member of the current GB junior academy, senior riders and a former race team manager. They all had fun and got into some healthy competition and will be back for more when we can get the Rollapaluza team back down to the SW. @ExeterWheelers @riderroute @ExeterAcesCSC

The atmosphere is intoxicating, full of good vibes and excitement. Equally good to watch as it is to compete - what an event!

Such a great team, always professional and friendly to work with. We've done 3 events with Rollapaluza now and definitely plan to do more. Thanks Jacob and Caspar for making our events the perfect mix of competitive and fun!!

Rollapaluza put on a great and fun event for Bigfoot Go Ride cycle club. From 6year olds to 70+ lots of excitement for all, we even had a dead heat. Thanks to a great team for making our evening a success. Looking forward to book again for next year.

I'd definitely recommend Rollapaluza to cycle-related groups, but it's easy to take part in and fun so it works really well for entirely un-cycle-related events!
