Our #Nuclearfamily - Nuclear Races are hosting the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships this weekend - if you are booked to come this weekend please note that there will be more traffic than usual and special event parking. Please be firm with the Parking Marshalls and make sure they are aware that you are coming to Rope Runners and not part of the event. Follow the access road to the main car park and then follow the signs for Rope Runners.

We've been listening to our customers again - you can now change the date of your booking yourself on selected activities right up to two days before your visit. If this is available for your booking there will be a link on your confirmation email.

Megan, Holly, Hannah, Lucy and Sophie all came and had a blast today- even though it was damp- it was raining when they started but it didn’t dampen their spirits and they were rewarded with blue sky before the end of their session.

Wet weather advice: We are an all weather provider, there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing. High ropes in the wet is safe and enjoyable, but if you are worried and want to consider rescheduling because of bad weather you might want to consider taking out our Cancellation insurance when you book. Wow visited today with a 8,9 and 10 year old,all 3 extremely nervous but they still all had a good go!!!all of them had to be helped at some point by a crew member,actually it was the same lady that helped out with two of them,that were to petrified to go down the middle zip wire,she managed to get my son down it just by talking to from the ground,but when It came to my friends daughter,she was in such a state,the lady actually went up,to encourage her to go down,"which she did do in the end",and my friends other daughter just totally froze, this time it was a young lad that helped out,he tried for a while to encourage her to carry on,but she wasn't having any of it,so the lad went up and harnessed her down!!!!But by the end all 3 of them really enjoyed themselves and want to come again.You never know i may have a go my self.

We have just visited for the first time as my 10 year old daughter was really upset she was too short for the Centre Parcs high adventure. The staff are all really friendly and quick to assist if needed. It kept our 15 year old & 10 year occupied. The only negative thing was the toilets, they smelt & we were advised to go as the girls were on the ropes for 2 1/2 hours!!

We had the best day today. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Even us that are scared of heights managed to do the climbing wall and the 50ft jump. We’re aged between 9-40 and there’s a good selection of levels and difficulty for everyone to enjoy. We’ll be back.

Took some brownies for a session. It doesn't look much from the outside and in fact I thought oh dear this doesn't look good. Toilets could do with a facelift. Once you are into rope runners though it's fine. The brownies had a really good time. Friendly, happy, encouraging staff on hand to help and situated throughout course. I liked the fact that I could be situated in the middle and could see all the girls at once. 2.5hours flew by. Would definitely go again.

Took my 10 and 7 year old daughters and a few of their friends for a birthday treat. The staff made sure the climbers were fully harnessed and trained on moving the clips around the course. Both my girls were really nervous/frightened to death but the staff were fantastic with them. They were extremely patient and professional and got them round the course and down the zip wire...the older one went on to go round the other side by herself and the younger one practically threw herself off the 50ft zip wire!! A thoroughly enjoyable day which I definitely recommend.

This half term I took my two chidren for the first time to Rope Runners. They loved it. My son, who has got ASD, got frozen with fear at the high level course and after trying to help him from the ground (to no avail, though), a member of staff climbed up and help him to get through. All of them were great, keeping an eye in all the children and encouraging them. It was worth every penny. We will definitely be back. Great place for kids and families alike.

Thank you very much to Casey, Jon and Jamie for our sons 8th birthday party last weekend! All the boys had an amazing time! Charlie said it was the best birthday party he has had! All the staff were so helpful and patient with the ones that had never been to Rope Runners before. Definitely recommend and I'm sure he will want to rebook again! Thanks!

Staff are amazing went with group of friends for the fright night one great atmosphere n fun for all ages. Although I didn't get very far the team were helpful n encouraging couldn't of done wat I did without them. I would defo recommend people go such a laugh I would defo go again but this time maybe to watch lol well done guys for pulling of such a frightful night xx

OMG!!!! What an amazing experience halloween resurrection was great fun. overcome some major fears with some very understanding and supportive zombies (staff) i wish they did this more often worth every penny. Scary and entertaining and the kids loved it just as much as me. Great atmosphere and perfect for older kids to have fun and enjoy the halloween occasion. Will definitely be going back maby try other activities too. Thank u to all the guys at rope runners u made our night x

My daughters and 10 friends had a fantastic time at RR on Sunday celebrating a birthday, some kids were more nervous than others but the people there made them feel at ease and helped them along so they all had a great time and could all take part. Some got reallly brave and even did the drop 😳!! Thanks for all the staff, it was fantastic and we'll definitely be back!👍

Just done the Halloween � night. Amazing effort put in from the staff with costumes and make up- great acting and scare tactics ! Very spooky and in character with the decoration of rope runners. 10/10 all round.

Definitely recommend this, not just the Halloween night but any other time, great fitness and fun to have with friends and family.

I took my niece for a multi-activity day, she loved it, had a great group leader who ensured everyone had equal goes and had a good laugh with us. The high ropes where fantastic and had a really good length of time on them, All the staff were friendly, will definately be taking my niece back soon. #MilkGate lol

I attended Rope Runners with a group of colleagues. As someone who is not great with heights I was apprehensive , however the staff were very welcoming & reassuring. After a safety briefing we were guided around the courses and despite initial fears I enjoyed it. However I shone in the archery getting a Gold !! We finished the day building a shelter, this really meant we had to work together and egos were set aside. After the shelter we built a campfire & enjoyed toasted marshmallows & hot chocolate. I will be returning as this was a lot more fun than our standard Xmas party

Fantastic day today at rope runners with my 9 and 7 year old. The staff were amazing and so helpful I couldn't thank them enough giving my children encouragement and skills to complete each challenge all the way round the course. Nothing was to much and I will certainly be visiting again! Thank you for a wonderful day

Fantastic day out.. as always at Roperunners. So grateful for all the support from the team that were working so hard yesterday to ensure everyone enjoyed their experience - from the rope climbing to air rifle shooting, tunneling, archery and assault course... even a nature treasure hunt with prize medal at the end. My youngest daughter conquered her fears thanks to Casey's cool persuasion.. and the rope runners gangs' support - She came away positively buzzing from her experience. Many thanks - We will be back ���

Absolutely brilliant time here . Really well organised kids there for 3 hours easily, so well worth the money . First thing they said when we left was “can we come back tomorrow” �
