What’s a #Sunday without some roasties?! 🥔
Our chefs always taste a potato and add a little salt during the cooking process, because it’s much easier for them to take on the seasoning while they’re hot and roasting. If you add the salt after, it’s likely to just fall off 👩🏻‍🍳
