Nice food well presented and served. Lacks atmosphere

Not too bad, desert was better than main meal, been in Jersey for a week now and this was the most expensive place we've eaten out at, i expected more for the money

Our experience: we've been here a lot of times... possibly we shouldn't visit as often as we do but the food is good, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has a cosy and warm atmosphere to it. If you can dine early, the early bird menu is great value and it took us a while to get to the a la carte menu, just because the early bird menu choices were always so tempting. However, the a la carte menu is very good but be warned that if you go for any of the steak options, you'd better bring a large appetite with you!

The verdict: we keep going back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others, particularly those who love seafood.

Dined twice at the Roseville in the last week. The food was superb and the staff were brilliant. If you visit St. Helier give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Would recommend booking.

Absolutely beautiful meal. Lovely staff and very good service. Had Calamari and salad for starter. Best calamari I've had. Followed by half lobster prawns mussels in a lovely sauce. Jersey new potatoes to accompany it. Some nice bread and Jersey butter. Delicious. Bottle of Zinfandel rose from USA and glass of Branchage cider from La Mare estate in Jersey. Lovely. Decided I just had room for pudding?! Sticky toffee ice cream sundae. Hot pudding at bottom of glass, ice cream and cream on top. Mmmmmm...Altogether a fantastic meal. My partner had scallops and pancetta salad to start followed by Ribeye steak and New potatoes and then couldn't manage a pudding! Lightweight! Gave him one spoonful of mine. Said it was to die for. Would definitely go back if I was in Jersey again and definitely recommend it to anyone. Loads of different choices and they do a special menu between 5-7 pm. Cosy atmosphere and I would say you should book before you go as it was full.
