Watched the football last night in the most beautiful surroundings here at The Terrace last night. Staff were delightful, drinks delicious but the food....? OMG! What can I say?? Best meal EVER!! Fresh, top quality and cooked to perfection. My husband had the squid and cod and I had the chicken Caesar and dover sole... my mouth is still watering thinking about the flavour... lovely atmosphere... we will def be back! And England won- how cool is that. Fab evening x
Very personalized service from the moment you step out of the cab. All the staff - from the bellhop to the receptionist to the housekeeper, are very attentive and patient in attending to your needs. Wonderful stay. Oh, not to mention the interior and decor of the hotel is gorgeous! Would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to London.

Stayed at Rosewood last weekend. We had an absolutely amazing time and we were overwhelmed by the professionalism and warmth of all the staff at the establishment. Both me and my girlfriend would absolutely recommend everyone we know to experience the extreme luxury of a stay at your hotel. A million thanks from a very happy Swedish couple for an unforgettable holiday.
Probably had the best weekend of my life here a couple of weeks ago! My boyfriend and I have been visiting The Dining Room since last year when I found out they did 500 odd gins and make it a stop every time we're in London for the day. Simone and Francesco behind the bar are always wonderful, friendly and brilliant at recommending new gins for us to try and make us feel really welcome each time. For my bf's birthday, I decided to treat him to a night at the hotel and nothing could have been better. From the lovely valets putting me at ease leaving my car in the courtyard to the fantastic room, to the chef baking fresh Madeleines who offered them around to breakfast guests and popped a few extras in a box for me for our long drive, everything was exquisite. The mirror room is a sight to behold, the furnishings manage to stem between classic traditional British but with a modern feel, Pearl in the foyer is gorgeous, the Dover sole and steak in The Dining Room was divine, the special birthday treats in the room were so lovely and from booking to the massage itself, the Sense spa was a brilliant way to unwind and refresh. Please don't ever stop serving the sourdough crisp breads with the charcuterie or I think I'll have a very upset person on my hands! Whenever we can afford it, this will be our only hotel to stay at from now on!
My arrival at Scarfes Bar was met discreetly, and so very courteously, by the staff. I was meeting a friend - who spotted me, and waved, from the darkest, furthest, recesses of the bar. I was, nonetheless, most kindly escorted to my friend's table. We enjoyed 2 delightful cocktails - followed by a most special dinner - and finished off with a further delicious cocktail, recommended by the waiter. All in all, a most special evening.
I was in London for one evening at the beginning of January and met a friend for a drink at the Gin Bar. I arrived an hour early but Sniega put me at my ease! She explained the Gin bible to me, recommended a variety of cocktails and chatted to me in between serving other customers. After my first cocktail she let me try 3 very different gins so I could have a G and T after that. She was smiley, friendly and gave fantastic service. I am looking forward to going again when I am next in England. As well as an excellent selection of gins, I know there will be a friendly face behind the bar too!
Faultless! Beautiful hotel which had been recommended to us. Visited yesterday with my family for my birthday. We had the delicious afternoon tea which was served to us by a charming young man. He was extremely informative about all the food and the artists who it was inspired by. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Excellent hotel with pretty good service except that the checkout was slow. The lobby area and the Holborn Dining Room are beautifully designed. The rooms are comfortable and a good size for London and well designed for guest comfort. They are classic on design but good looking.

Couldnāt have asked for a better birthday weekend here! The staff are beyond accommodating. The dining room (restaurant) was incredible, from the food to the service received. The rooms are gorgeous!! We were upgraded to the Premier Suite which was truly stunning and upon entering the room there were a bunch of birthday balloons on the bed! The spa is 5* and a true example of escapism. Afternoon tea is fabulous! Honestly, there is nothing to fault with this hotel. They made my birthday very special ļæ½
An absolutely stunning hotel aesthetically. The interior design and ambiance are a fine cocktail mix of āfeel at homeā artistic modern with classical overtures. The lighting is beautifully orchestrated with ādimā areas to make you feel like you are by the living room fireplace on a cold Winterās night in every inch of the hotel. The restaurant ambiance and food are first class. The rooms are very comfortable. Topped with impeccable service and staff who are extremely attentive. I will certainly be back many times.
An absolutely beautiful afternoon tea in the Mirror Room of the Rosewood, the sandwiches, scones and cakes were very fresh and tasted delightful. The service is exceptional and I highly recommend a visit.

A hidden gem, I booked a table out on the terrace for the Royal Wedding...gorgeous courtyard venue, superb gins, wonderful food and prime seats to view the event...very attentive staff and I most certainly will be back again.
Very good food. Excellent service. Not really sure how 2 of us got the bill to Ā£180 for 2 courses so definitely a bit expensive. Sadly we could only get a table by the bar which was really uncomfortable! Great knowledge from the waiter though!
Very good , only fault was not children friendly in bar and wasnāt allowed to bring my 10 yr old daughter in and was asked to leave. Didnāt turn out too bad as ended up discovering the gin bar and sampled their fantastic prawns !
Doormen and staff were very helpful.
Would recommend for visiting west end !
Had afternoon drinks in the garden area very pleasant good drinks menu and snacks very enjoyable
Amazing hotel, lovely afternoon tea and well trained happy staff. We also got to see the ārealā Father Christmas. We booked early as we werenāt bothered about seeing him, as we are adults, so glad we did, brought some real magic to the day, never too old to believe. ļæ½
Ok negroni but not as good as the Hoxton & considerably more expensive. Very good scotch egg as it should be at Ā£10. Nice people serving & nice bar but a bit pricey even for a 5* place.
