Rother Valley Organics produces beef from cattle born and raised on it’s farms in Hampshire and West Sussex.

We know what our animals eat.

They eat grass, clover etc. , all organic.

We supplement the feed with beet, oats and barley, all organic.

All grown by us.

The straw they sleep on is organic and from local farms.

The animals are sent 30 miles away to the nearest organic registered abattoir and then come back to our cutting plant.

We can tell you from the batch and passport number which field an animal grazed in.

The Food Standards Agency and Soil Association audit us and our local slaughter house on a regular basis.
