Took my nine year old son to see Primus for his first ever gig and the stewards and staff were brilliant with him! I can't thank them enough for helping make his night so great. We were seated level 2 in the middle and the view was decent regardless of the pillars and the sound was spot on. Would definitely go again.

The staff are so helpful! I didn't realise we had standing tickets, and because of my illness last year I wouldn't have been able to stand for the performance - so we were given seats, and escorted via the lift to the entrance of the seating area. The building is clean and comfortable, and customer care is top of the agenda. Thank you!

The Roundhouse, my local venue, a place that never disappoints. Took the other half to suffer through hours of listening to Primus, she's disabled. From the moment I bought the tickets, the staff were on point when told them I'd be bringing a wheelchair along. From booking my vehicle into the car park, to then being escorted into the venue by security, then being looked after by staff throughout the concert. The security and volunteers were something else. They were brilliant. I even had to intervene when a volunteer was being subjected to a few verbals from a rather disgruntled fan. Me and the other half had great view to watch from. The venue itself was clean due to a team of cleaners hovering about, so no chance of sticky floors to worry about. It's the actual internal structure that's make the The Roundhouse so bloody good to be in. The other half said she'd come back again..but not to see Primus..Ah well!

I went to a gig at the Roundhouse last night, having not been to one for ages because I have a disability and find standing very difficult.

There were no seated tickets avaliable when my partner booked, so he called the venue to ask whether they had any provision for accessibility. They immediately switched our tickets to seated ones, and they were even seats with a great view!

Upon arrival at the venue we found that there were also lifts, which the friendly staff were more than happy to direct us to, and multiple gender neutral accessible toilets in convenient locations and well signposted.

I have never, ever found a venue which is so well set up to accommodate people with access needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was at The Roundhouse on Thursday 21st December 2017 to see Adam Ant and The Glam Skanks , I love this venue and felt welcome by staff . It’s a beautiful place to enjoy live music .

I have disabilities, but hidden. I've been disabled and gigging for years, but had a new, scary, diagnosis less than a month ago to add to my list. I almost pulled out of attending, but my love of Stone Sour, and wanting to be able to say 'I did it' won through.

When I booked, I was told to make ourselves known to staff, which we did.

I keep crying today, happy tears. The staff were so fantastic.

Yes, I am suffering today. Yes, it was tough, but I cannot praise Roundhouse enough for not just going an extra mile, but doing it willingly, and with a smile. Every person I tried to thank, just dismissed it as part of what they do, nothing special.

It was something special. You are something special. Last night was something special.

I can see clearly now... it’s a wonderful world, beautiful people and the harder they come the harder they fall!

User

Happy to see the Roundhouse is still a great music venue & the place where as SPIZZOIL we played a pivotal gig supporting Siouxsie & The Banshees on 23rd July 1978. Which produced rave reviews in 3 "proper" music papers & a John Peel Session that caught the attention of Jeff Travis's Rough Trade label and lead to the birth of the new vanguard of DIY punk

User

Great venue, excellent helpful friendly staff.

One of my favourite places to see live music :O)

User

Barenaked Ladies. Need to be seen live. They nailed their set! I want to watch them again!

User

Awesome venue. Joined the back of a very long queue and were in the venue within 20 mins. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Loved it.

User

Went to see Imagine Dragons on the 7th June & they were amazing! The ticket prices were a good price & arrived on time. Recommendation: a better system on entry/ security check, long queue & once entered, my sister & I felt like the opening act (Saint PHNX) was there for a short period of time. Also, consider a smoother transition between the opening act & main act, as everyone waited a long time for Imagine Dragons to come on stage. Imagine Dragons did make up for this, they were outstanding & were full of energy throughout all their performances, which passed through the whole of Roundhouse. Bring Imagine Dragons to Roundhouse again!

User

All the staff were really friendly.

Unfortunately some of the audience members were inconsiderate and just barged at you to get to and from the bar.

Rodrigo y Gabriela were amazing and the venue is lovely.

It was only spoiled by a few peoples selfish behaviour.

I were excited to come from sweden and watch the last show from HIM outside of Finland, in London. But I have to say that I am very disapointed. We waited outside for over 8 hours to get a Good place in the front, think we were one of the first 20. But when it was time to get inside and check pockets and bags, there was no kind of organisation to make sure the first ones in line really came inside first. We got stuck behind two girls who took plenty of time to empty their pockets and by that, we lost everything we waited for.

Security at stage didn't take Good notice eigther, and it was wery clear that if You knew someone who did work there, You got priority to drink and stuff from the band (picks, setlists etc).

I am sorry, but I won't come back, and I won't recomend this place to anyone who is happy to wait outside and freeze their feet off to get in first....

You get 2 points from me for good service at the bar and help to fina a toilet.

User

Would never go here again. queuing for 90mins on Friday. Missed half the first act and was so cold and fed up it spoilt the night. Were you really not expecting 3,000 people to turn up? Shame on you for the worst run venue in London. Appalling

User

Worst place ever for a gig. There are columns in the middle of the venue and if u get tickets for seating area u get good chance to have the sight totally blocked from one of the columns. So u pay a ticket to listen but no to see.

I will never come again to see a live show here.

If u can avoid it, avoid.

User

Nobody here tonight will ever come back!! Longest queue I’ve ever seen, never go to a gig here unless you’re happy to stand out in the cold and miss half the night’s entertainment!!! Shame on you. Refund being applied for

User

I’ve seen Incognito six or seven times at multiple venues and they are a great band. But the sound at Roundhouse was dreadful. A muffled sound, vocals were awful and instruments you could not hear. Really crap venue for music.
