Carrie and I would like to say how happy we are with our Christmas memorial service that we held in our chapel last night.Over 30 people attended to share memories and experiences, we saw tears but also smiles, we hope our families took some comfort from Rev.Debbie’s kind words. We’d like to thank everyone who attended, to those who could not come, we want you to know,we will not forget about you, we hope you have a merry Christmas. Love Mark and Carrie

We would like to invite all our followers and clients to join us for our Christmas remembrance evening we are holding on Friday 21st December at our offices (10 Forestdale Shopping Centre), at 6pm, where Reverend Debbie Forman, of St Mary’s church, Addington Village will be officiating a small service, where she will be blessing our Christmas Tree. We will be offering mulled wine and mince pies as refreshments. Should anyone not be able to join us and would like to send us a small card for the Christmas tree please send it to our Chapel of rest/ office address.
Come 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month, we shall remember them, for all those human and animal, we shall remember the sacrifice that you gave for the rest of your country, we salute you and thank you. WE SHALL REMEMBER THEM

At Rouse & Co, we’re proud to have contributed to Golden Charter’s ‘Thank You’ digital book. On the 100th anniversary of the First World War, the book shares the stories of families from independent funeral directors across the UK who have come together to remember those who served.
In the book, we say Thank You to everyone for their sacrifice during the First World War.
