ROVI will remain closed until next week. Aiming to be environmentally responsible, we had installed a state of the art heat recovery system. It was an exercise in optimism, which unfortunately failed, and we now need to go back to the old technology. Heartbreaking, but had to be done. We are sorry about the inconvenience, and can't wait to share our beautiful new creation with you soon!
Our extraction & air-con have both stopped working at ROVI! We’ve had to close the doors to fix the problem & we’re hoping to open again soon. We’ll keep you updated. We’re sorry if you were hoping to come by, we’ll do our best to look after you in our other restaurants.

Only 11 days left until opening and we are very excited about our cocktail list! Here we have your Five a Day with rum, spirulina, ginger juice and cucumber to kick off your evening on a healthy note.
Crumpet prawn toast with pickled limequat dipping sauce is a reality and we're pretty sure it will become a favourite on the bar menu. Limequats (a cross between kumquat and key lime) are pickling now, ready for opening week.

We will be making lots of oils in-house. This dish features our smoked cascabel oil, in which we confit Cornish mussels and serve with sea vegetables and hay-smoked jersey royal.
Using offcuts from other dishes on the menu to create the perfect bar snack- here we have tempura beetroot shoots, leaves and herbs.
DYNAMIC VINES tasting with the team. Expect some wonderful, natural, biodynamic wines on our list. 🍷
ROVI's big grill has arrived! 🔥🔥 Vegetables will be the main event at ROVI with fresh focus on fermentation and cooking over fire.
We ate at the bar and the food and team were incredible. We were lucky enough to meet Yotam as it was opening night. An unforgettable experience.
That's one way to get us to fall in love with vegetables all over again. Aced it, ROVI!

ROVI has a beautifully simple decor with an uncomplicated menu. I had the crumpet with lobster for lunch, which was delicious. The cocktail and wine lists have something that will suit everyone. Also, the staff were very attentive and new their stuff. Will definitely return for dinner.
Fabulous restaurant! Very chic and understated luxury feel. The semi open kitchen is your evening theatre 👌 top dishes for me were the beef carpaccio, tempura stems, squid Lardo! Nomnomnom!
