Please remember it's our outreach flu clinic at Hatherleigh Community Centre tomorrow morning. If you get a text message from Ruby Country Medical Group reminding you of your appointment time for a flu vacc it will be being held at Hatherleigh Community Centre - morning to 12.30 only. Afternoon flu clinics (from 2.30 onwards) are all at Holsworthy. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Our phones are back! Looking forward to hearing from you today. Please be mindful that because of yesterday's all-day fault the lines are likely to be very busy, especially in the morning. If your call can wait until tomorrow or next week that would really help our urgent cases to get through. Thank you for your continued patience.

Unfortunately the reports of the fault on our phone lines being rectified was premature. We are still unable to get calls in or make calls out. We can only apologise for this. The engineers continue to work on the fault. NHS England are aware.

We have been advised that our phone lines will be back after 3pm. As the lines will be very busy please only call if the matter is urgent and will not wait. Thank you for your patience.

Our telephone problem is part of a national problem and restoring it has been given the highest priority. The fault has now been found and the engineers working on it to restore our lines. Thank you for bearing with us.

We're having real problems with our phone lines this morning and are unable to make calls out or get calls in at bothe sites. Please bear with us. Our Comms engineers are working on it but it is taking a little while to resolve! We'll be back to normal as soon as the fault is cleared.

eConsult Coming soon to Ruby Country Medical Group! 💻🤝 We are excited to announce that we will soon be launching eConsult for our patients. The service will be accessible via the practice website and will enable patients to access safe and efficient advice for their health conditions as well as consult with their GP from the convenience of their own home. Our Holsworthy Patient Services team are currently calling all patients on their flu vaccination waiting list to book into clinics at the end of November. If you know you are on the waiting list and haven't already been called then please ring us. At the moment we still have space on Friday 23rd November in the afternoon, and a few gaps on Monday 26th November. We also have a few remaining spaces at our 2nd outreach clinic at Hatherleigh Community Centre on the morning of Wednesday 28th November. Please call us for availability!
