We were lucky enough to host the Gumball 3000 Grid Launch Party at Rumpus Room - Needless to say it was a pretty amazing raising over £400,000 for the Gumball Foundation Charity!

User

Because who wouldn't want Mr Bao on a Tuesday night? that's right every Tuesday in August we are bringing you some of London's best Taiwanese food and most importantly those famous Bao buns for Tuesday Takeover with Mr Bao.

User

Looking back on last week's 4th July celebrations with Maker's Mark. Till next year! <3

User

Who's looking forward to our 4th of July party with Maker's Mark? Live music from The Gents, Martin Smoovey on the decks and some all American cocktails for you to make your way through. What better way to spend a Wednesday?

User

Every Wednesday evening we have Skyline Sessions with Bacardi Cuatro. Think insane views, live music and some pretty amazing cocktails. We know where we want to spend hump day.

User

Who wouldn't want to kick start 4th of July celebrations in true Mondrian style?
Yes thats right we are throwing an All American party in celebration of 4th July. Why? Trust us we don't need an excuse to throw a party.
Our iconic rooftop bar with its Hamptons-style interior and some additional red white and blue dressing is more than qualified to host an epic 4th of July shindig.
... Kick starting the evening we will have The Gents providing us with some New Orleans inspired live music followed by Martin 2 Smoove on the deck from 9pm with some classic American Hip Hop!
Come down and try our specially curated All American food and drinks menu with some unreal Maker's Mark cocktails from our head bartender Luke. Oh and if that wasn't enough did we mention we have beer pong on our terrace.

A few weeks ago we threw on hell of a party to celebrate 50 years of Champagne Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé. A lot of Champagne was consumed and alot of fun was had! Can we do this every month?!

User

Thanks for the top spot The Nudge. We can't tell you how happy we are to have the sun out, rooftop season is upon us! ❤️

User

Calling all Burger and Fried Chicken LOVERS! We are kick starting May's #TuesdayTakeovers on the 1st to bring you an epic collab between Burger and Beyond and The Other Side to create #BeyondTheOtherSide. After that Burger and Beyond will be bringing the best burgers London has to offer every Tuesday night!

Wow, what an evening. With music from The Gents, Jack Guiness and Martin 2 Smoove, food from the Other Side Fried, Champagne flavoured Doughnuts, an epic birthday cake, sabrage and a HELL of a lot of Rosé Champagne we definitely enjoyed the party! Cheers to another 50 years!

User

Two days left till we have OTHER SIDE FRIED back to join us 🙌

User

We are excited to announce we have a limited number of tickets to join Laurent-Perrier's Cuvée Rosé Birthday Party at Rumpus Room celebrating 50 years. Its going to be one hell of a party - think donut walls, giant balloons, live art installations and food by Other Side Fried.

User

Tonight is the night - Tuesday Takovers X The Other Side Fried. See you all later for some fried chicken goodness and some epic cocktails 😍

User

They say teamwork makes the dream work, and if the latest collaboration between Rumpus Room and Other Side Fried is anything to go by – we'd have to agree.
We welcome the new trend for kitchen takeovers with open arms and empty bellies with our latest pop-up series ‘Tuesday Takeover’, in which we will be sharing and showcasing some of London’s hottest street-food connoisseurs. Every month Rumpus Room will play host to a different street-food vendor, who will tantalise your ta...stebuds with a mixture of their best-sellers, complete with some delectable dishes bespoke to Mondrian London.
In our first-ever Tuesday Takeover, join us throughout April, in which Rumpus Room will be joined by the fried chicken kings at Other Side Fried, who initially earnt their street-food stripes from the back of a converted British ambulance. Word around town is that their buttermilk fried chicken is what dreams are made of, especially when teamed with their dirty fries and smoked honey butter. Now, we don’t know about you but we’re going clucking mad at the very thought.
You had me at hello… buttermilk fried chicken...

User

While you enjoy the iconic view, why don’t you try our British-American inspired cocktails? Because no great story ever started with a salad!

User

great location and super service from polite and courteous staff

User

We had a work event there, it was fabulous! Great views, great drinks, great food and staff were amazing, highly recommend

User

Perfect service, lovely cocktails, amazing crowd and wonderful view, and the crostini were great too.

User

Nice cocktails and service with a beautiful London view. Loved the indoor decor too.

Best to reserve a table before.

User

Loved the atmosphere, food fab music good and staff polite! Only one thing I was a little disappointed in was we asked for a woo woo cocktail which is a popular cocktail you can get anywhere but it was not on the menu and they said they couldn’t possibly make it! This surprised as its ment to be one of the best cocktail bars around !

User

I Photographed an engagement party, where it was hired out. The service from being greeted, the cloakroom, waiter service to the bar was excellent. The DJ and saxophonist for the function we’re amazing also. Hope to be back here shooting again especially with that view. Thanks @michaelpartridgephotography

User

Great venue, great staff, even better music. Views are amazing. The hotel has a lot to offer if you are a guest.

User

Great bar! Views spectacular, good music, friendly staff and justca cool place to be

User

Good music, staff was really nice and the view is amazing <3

User

Came here for my birthday. Jazz band was excellent. Very trendy place to be. Decor was stunning and food was to die for. Will definitely be back.

User

Think me and my mate got there just at right time as outside balcony was practically empty as was the inside bar area. We got the 2 nice seats at end of balcony area 😊

Within 15 mins or if us arriving, the balcony was very busy and in half hour or so was very packed. Glad to have a seat at end out of the way if loads of ppl standing. I would have stood in packed place if I'd arrived then. Prices were what I expected in central London but we only only white wine and gin and coke. Didn't look/see cocktails so can't comment. Would go back - but only if there was a seat 😊

User

Lovely place, will defo go back, great service, views of London and prices are good too.

User

Loved the view, the vibe of the place and the band was an added bonus. A varied range of clientele and some interesting cocktails on quite a limited menu. We were really enjoying the evening and was keen to stay for the DJ but with it being a Wednesday evening and a minimum spend of £100 per person we decided to move on to somewhere else that didn't require us to drown ourselves in alcohol to keep our table.

£50 was quoted online and we were more than happy with that but after reserving the table with a card we were then informed of this. We were very disappointed to cut our night short and have to move on. We will definitely return another time

User

Had an amazing evening at the Rumpus Room - fantastic location just the best views of London ! Great vibe good music drinks price what you’d expect to pay and we had a lovely lady Johanna looking after us all in all great late venue !! Will be back!

User

Always need to book in advance, beautiful views to look out while you having a drink

Only the downside of the place, they should have a separate room for people to smoke in,

I don’t smoke but I could taste it, not a nice when you don’t smoke yourself,

Even a corner of the balcony,

User

Stunning bar with great views shame the reservations staff aren’t very accommodating. Told over the phone “You don’t need to book for 3 we accept walk in’s it will be fine”. Upon arrival “We don’t accept bookings for less than 4” I wasn’t even told about a waiting list until I asked the bar staff by then it was too late. Lots of empty seats, apparently reserved?!! Was really looking forward to the evening big let down paying £14 for a glass of wine to sit outside in the cold as there’s no where to stand inside.

User

A lovely roof top bar in a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the city. However, the cocktails were very expensive and definitely not worth the money. Although we arrived quite early in the evening, there were no seats available. We spotted 10 empty tables all reserved but with no one sat in them. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and the music was very good. We eventually got a seat by the bar after standing uncomfortably for an hour. Not sure if I'd go back to be honest.

User

The bar is situated on a top floor location of a beautiful hotel. The cocktails were tastey as expected but for the price you pay for a drink I was disappointed that me and my partner couldn't find a seat to sit down and enjoy it with. Also when I went to ask one of the waitresses a question she totally ignored me and walked on past.

Shame really as this could of been a more enjoyable experience. We should of stayed in the bars downstairs as then we wouldn't have had a bad experience.

User

Nice bar, nice staff, busy. Downside is for the price of the drinks, which are very expensive (like over £18 for one single Gin and tonic!) you’re made to que up for drinks in a line at one end of the bar...all rather strange. Worst part is they automatically give a bill with Service charge on your bill which is disgraceful. What service other than pouring an over priced drink? The bar on the ground floor was actually much better.

User
