Very well run hotel, food is good and all parts are kept to a very high standard.Staff are pleasant.People with mobility problem may find walking into town an effort.

It's a nice hotel, very good location: close to beach, walking distance to town centre. Staff are very friendly, very clean. On top of these, full English breakfast are well cooked! I don't give it 4 stars because it's quite outdated: the bathroom and shower need renovation. And WiFi is only available in the bar or reception area.

We had a very good stay the staff were very friendly and the catering was excellent for a two star hotel couldn't fault it

Location is good.
Town centre one end of the road and beach at the other.
Mary and her staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you .
The food however leaves a lot to be desired. Food is cold and reminiscent of school dinners. To give the staff their due, they try to resolve any issues but are limited to what they can do.Mary , you are a diamond and was a pleasure to meet both you and John

We booked a double room which was comfortable. The bathroom was small with only a shower and no bath. Room gets very warm and could have done with a fan. Also only 2 plugs available, one for TV and one for kettle, so have to use kettle plug for all our electrical devices. Good Wi-Fi in the bedroom which is free. Dining room is excellent and the staff are very efficient. Meals were served almost immediately after ordering. We booked full board which was excellent value for money. Dinner was a choice of two starters, two dinners and three deserts, and a different menu every night. I'm quite a fussy eater, but even I found something on the menu which I enjoyed. All the food was of a high standard and full marks to the chef. Breakfast consisted of a choice of cereals and juice, followed by a full English (Could have done with 2 sausages). TV lounge was comfortable with large TV. Bar was good. Garden area is spacious but no pool. Hotel is situated a short walk from a convenience store and the sea front. The centre of St.Helier can easily be reached on foot, and the main bus station is situated at Liberation Station. Would highly recommend and visit again,

ideal location, just along road from Havre des Pas seafront, Pier and sea pool. Short stroll to town. Beautiful Edwardian façade, and secluded lawn with flower beds at rear.
The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay and are very clean. Chef prepared meals are delicious.
The real gem of this hotel is Mary the Manager. She is consistently professional and friendly - all of the staff are excellent.
Everything you could want, extremely good value - you pay for no unnecessary frills, especially as we were out all day and again in the evening.
