Ruxandra Cash Soft Tissue Therapist Description
I have been working in complementary healthcare since 2009 concentrating on Soft Tissue Therapy for the last 5 years and I treat clients suffering a wide range of minor and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. As well as elevating painful symptoms I aim to achieve more long lasting benefits by working to improve movement and posture with a variety of advance techniques as well as massage.
My particular focus is on how the brain effects the neural pathways which can lead to poor muscular control and I use movement patterning exercises to try to correct this.
I am experienced in working with all sorts of people including sportsman, musicians, singers, actors as well as those with disabilities and conditions that affect the nervous system such as Post-Polio, Parkinson's disease. I have also worked successfully with children who have problems in walking, vision and orientation problems.
