Halloween comes to the Rye-Assic Adventure Park at Rye House Kart Raceway this year with daytime and early evenings of Spooktacular fun! The dinosaur-themed Adventure Park in Hoddesdon will be transformed for the event on Wednesday , 31st October complete with Dino snack box & treat bag, games, performances, face painter, a costume competition and disco. Kids can participate in spooky party games with our very own party entertainer in the indoor Dinodrome, join wandering Hall...oween spooky treasure trails, and create communal, child-friendly art projects. The indoor-outdoor daytime sessions are packed with ghoulish activities from start to finish, starting at 9.30am, 12noon, 2.30pm, and 5pm up to 7.30pm. Prices are ┬Ż12.50 per child (aged 1-12 years), adults and under 1s FREE. We had a joint 5th birthday with my son and 2 others. They all had a brilliant time and the staff were really helpful. There was loads of food and a very good variety, the staff served it all out to the kids so it was completely stress free for us mums. All the party guests got a free go on the go-karts as well which went down well. Would definitely recommend ’┐Į’┐Į

We arrived to learn it was the Hawaiian party with a visit from Moana, a childs lunch box and face painting included in the price of ┬Ż12.50.



We always love it here as so much to do. The seating area tables were dirty but when I asked for a bin liner to clear my table as there was so much on it - a member of staff came over straight away. They could not have been nicer. I just wish the public would throw their rubbish away.



There is so much to do there and definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun packed day. It is usually very reasonable to get in. This was a special event day. Moana was amazing and interacted with the children amazingly. She had the most beautiful voice. The day was topped off with a goodie bag which included a voucher for a return trip!! Fabulous day!! Will be back very soon x

Honestly the best soft play place I've visited! The staff are all warm and welcoming and the play area is brilliant. We have 1.5 year old twins who can be a handful but the lady (Trish) was amazing with them....even helped feed them them as they were refusing to eat ’┐Į’┐Į

We loved it so much we are booking the twins bday here in March!! Thank you Trish and the rest of your team!! We look forward to coming back and making more memories ’┐Į’┐Į

Had my 6 year olds party here today and it was fantastic! We went for the exclusive use package as it was between 2 of us, so we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were absolutely brilliant; friendly, attentive and good fun. The food was really good, loads of it and just the sort of thing kids eat. They had everything labelled and anyone with allergies was catered for. IŌĆÖve been going to Rye-Assic for years and every time I go back there is something new, always so much to do. Great place for an afternoon out kids really enjoyed

Great day yesterday for the bank holiday. It was ┬Ż10 for per child(due to it being a special event) but that included all sorts of extras including a free voucher to get in free next time. Kids were given loads of chocolates for the easter egg hunt and as it wasn't over busy we got to stay all day. We come here quite alot as the staff are so nice & friendly, the place is clean, loads for the kids to do and it is excellent value for money. Great place to go weather it's rainy or sunny.

Great couple of hours spent off the canal boat with my 3 yr old boy , would definitely recommend it if passing by on the cannal with kids on board as only a 5 min walk from the morrings

We arrived here purely by chance, while looking around the local area as we are celebrating our daughters 2nd birthday and wanted a place to visit, as previously we went on the boats at Lee Valley Boating Centre, we arrived at 1pm and was greeted by fantastic friendly staff, and was given full info as to what was happening on the day! Good price for what's on offer, softplay, trampolines, bouncy castle, indoor sand pit and so on for what's on offer! Very warm welcome and even though we - ourselves are not local (from chelmsford, essex) we are going to be comming back for sure! Easy to find, satnav takes you to the door, and it's right by a karting track! Well done all! A+++++++++

Came with my 2 boys today to do the pottery painting and was a great day! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was good and great price. Was happily surprised at how good they catered for allergies! Definitely coming back again!!!!

Booked for the Easter egg hunt and was very welcomed when we arrived, thought it was good for the price as it came with a kids lunch box aswell, you had to hunt for letter which spelt a word and once completed you got a sweet pack and chocolates, all the outside play was open and had activities inside of making chocolate bird nest, my little girl enjoyed herself and also she had a lovely surprise as she won a prize for dressing up as a bunny ’┐Į’┐Į

A great place to take younger children to...everything is aimed at under 9ŌĆÖs so the younger ones can use all the activities. My 3 year old loved it. Staff are lovely too.

Visited today with my mum and 2 children, I was absolutely disgusted at the state of the indoor bit, food all over the floor, tables full of cups and plates, the sofas were sticky. Also I noticed the sign said ages 1-9 outside, however my 2 1/2 year old daughter was on the bouncy slide and there was children well over the age of 12 flying around knocking her over. I also feel that it's very cheeky that you have to pay extra for the go carts etc outside. We won't be returning in a hurry.

I have to say if you live further than 30 minutes, really don't bother. The website and the Facebook page make this look and sound like a day out. We were done in 2 hours including eating... this isn't a vast adventure park like it sounds, there are a few porta cabins and areas but it is by no means an adventure. You can see the start and the end of the maze and each of the attractions is pretty small, the site itself is pretty small to what I was expecting.



I'm further dismayed that there is an electricity pylon through the middle of it, dressed as a feature, however, these are linked to leukaemia in children?! To have one on site I found absolutely bizarre!!



If you live near I'm sure this is fine as a time filler but travelling 1 hr 45 mins was an absolute and total disappointment!!

It was manic - which given the holidays was to be expected. BUT it was completely unorganised. The soft play area was a tip. Literally toys everywhere. It took an hour to receive 3 meals and a coffee (the staff were very apologetic, but still!) the trampolines were the highlight of the day, but I ended up 'policing' them until a staff member finally arrived as some older kids were spending a good 20 mins a time on there, leaving the little ones waiting. The ice creams were ok, not bad value, if only the (very) young girls serving could add up....



All in all, not somewhere I would choose to go again. Shame really as it has the makings of somewhere great.

You are basically paying for it out of the ┬Ż12.50 as saw no other perks to this ŌĆśspecialŌĆÖ day ’┐Į The only reason IŌĆÖll be returning is to use our ŌĆśfreeŌĆÖ voucher

We come here quite alot as the staff are so nice & friendly, the place is clean, loads for the kids to do and it is excellent value for money. Great place to go weather it's rainy or sunny.

Great couple of hours spent off the canal boat with my 3 yr old boy , would definitely recommend it if passing by on the cannal with kids on board as only a 5 min walk from the morrings

First time here, absolutely brilliant, both my children loved it, both inside and outside, highly recommended

Fantastic place to come! We arrived here purely by chance, while looking around the local area as we are celebrating our daughters 2nd birthday and wanted a place to visit, as previously we went on the boats at Lee Valley Boating Centre, we arrived at 1pm and was greeted by fantastic friendly staff, and was given full info as to what was happening on the day! Good price for what's on offer, softplay, trampolines, bouncy castle, indoor sand pit and so on for what's on offer! Very warm welcome and even though we - ourselves are not local (from chelmsford, essex) we are going to be comming back for sure! Easy to find, satnav takes you to the door, and it's right by a karting track! Well done all! A+++++++++

Came with my 2 boys today to do the pottery painting and was a great day! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was good and great price. Was happily surprised at how good they catered for allergies! Definitely coming back again!!!!

Booked for the Easter egg hunt and was very welcomed when we arrived, thought it was good for the price as it came with a kids lunch box aswell, you had to hunt for letter which spelt a word and once completed you got a sweet pack and chocolates, all the outside play was open and had activities inside of making chocolate bird nest, my little girl enjoyed herself and also she had a lovely surprise as she won a prize for dressing up as a bunny ’┐Į’┐Į

A great place to take younger children to...everything is aimed at under 9ŌĆÖs so the younger ones can use all the activities. My 3 year old loved it. Staff are lovely too.

Visited today with my mum and 2 children, I was absolutely disgusted at the state of the indoor bit, food all over the floor, tables full of cups and plates, the sofas were sticky. Also I noticed the sign said ages 1-9 outside, however my 2 1/2 year old daughter was on the bouncy slide and there was children well over the age of 12 flying around knocking her over. I also feel that it's very cheeky that you have to pay extra for the go carts etc outside. We won't be returning in a hurry.

I have to say if you live further than 30 minutes, really don't bother. The website and the Facebook page make this look and sound like a day out. We were done in 2 hours including eating... this isn't a vast adventure park like it sounds, there are a few porta cabins and areas but it is by no means an adventure. You can see the start and the end of the maze and each of the attractions is pretty small, the site itself is pretty small to what I was expecting.



I'm further dismayed that there is an electricity pylon through the middle of it, dressed as a feature, however, these are linked to leukaemia in children?! To have one on site I found absolutely bizarre!!



If you live near I'm sure this is fine as a time filler but travelling 1 hr 45 mins was an absolute and total disappointment!!

It was manic - which given the holidays was to be expected. BUT it was completely unorganised. The soft play area was a tip. Literally toys everywhere. It took an hour to receive 3 meals and a coffee (the staff were very apologetic, but still!) the trampolines were the highlight of the day, but I ended up 'policing' them until a staff member finally arrived as some older kids were spending a good 20 mins a time on there, leaving the little ones waiting. The ice creams were ok, not bad value, if only the (very) young girls serving could add up....



All in all, not somewhere I would choose to go again. Shame really as it has the makings of somewhere great.

Came here for the Easter Day yesterday with friends and our 2 boys. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Absolute waste of money! The boys enjoyed searching for the letters for the egg hunt but to then get 2 tiny eggs then the same again when we left was appalling. It was basically an over payed soft play session. We paid ┬Ż12.50 each with nothing else provided and claims of a ŌĆśfreeŌĆÖ return - how is it free? You are basically paying for it out of the ┬Ż12.50 as saw no other perks to this ŌĆśspecialŌĆÖ day ’┐Į The only reason IŌĆÖll be returning is to use our ŌĆśfreeŌĆÖ voucher
