**Looking for Care Assistants, RGN's, RMN's and RNLD's within Stafford and Congleton**
Due to continued growth and new contracts won we are now recruiting for two contracts across Stafford and two contracts across Congleton. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to deliver the best possible care to the residents within the care homes.
We are also looking for staff across Newcastle, Stoke, Trentham and Hanley.
... Shifts available are 12 hour days or nights (you don't have to do both) you get the flexibility of picking the days that you want to work providing you can commit to working the full shift.
Full training and DBS would need to be completed before going out to work.

Due to this continued growth, Safer Hand Care Solutions are now looking for a Commercial Manager to head up a Commercial Division within Newcastle Under Lyme.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager or a Senior Consultant to drive this division to the next level. You will be a Billing Manager as well as looking to grow and develop your own team within this demanding role. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of running a successful Commercial ...Desk and is now looking to take their next step within recruitment.
Alternatively, you will have worked as a Billing Manager and now be looking for that next challenge. In return Safer Hand Care Solutions offer a very good basic salary plus monthly bonus paid against the first penny you earn with no upperthreshold.
The right candidate will be placing office roles - business support, admin, reception, customer services, accounts, office managers etc on a perm and temp basis.
Key Accountabilities:
• Build strong client and candidate relationships to ensure long term buy in rather than transactional.
• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of the process.
• Manage existing accounts effectively.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools of candidates to ensure you have up to date market knowledge.
• Understand client time pressures and respond accordingly.
• Attract and identify candidates using the appropriate industry methods including social media, networking, head hunting and referrals. Use CRM to find suitable candidates to match the client’s vacancy specification.
• Short list and screen candidates.
• Engage candidates with the job role, discussing the vision and potential as well as salary and benefits.
• Take candidates though a comprehensive interview preparation. Ensure they are comfortable at each stage and they have a full understanding of the client culture and the process upfront. Build connections and see patterns that could help to build rapport on both sides.
• Obtain interview feedback from both sides and follow this up in good time. Deliver feedback with honesty and with the aim of improving both client and candidates experience. Take on board what could be improved each time and feedback accordingly.
