Excellent customer service from Claire at Saffron Insurance recently. I made one phone call to her regarding a house contents claim for me and she rang the insurance company and did all the negotiating and everything else. She rang me today to check on progress my end as I need to get a document to her. So she's 'chasing me' to sort my claim. Compared to a claim my sister had recently, she had to ring the insurance company EVERY TIME and THEY NEVER PHONED HER BACK. It was a nightmare and months later it still isn't sorted.



You have to consider carefully what insurance cover and service you are getting when you pick the 'cheapest' deal online.

This company is a complete shower of s#%t.......a long string of horrendous customer service to a client that was worth thousands of pounds of business to them, nothing but excuses which ended today with a member of staff shouting at me down the phone after they had cancelled my fleet insurance and allowed me and my staff to drive around for two days before emailing me to tell me they had done it......even though they had no right to cancel my policy as I had instructed another firm to transfer the policies over which they were fully aware of...... much more to it than just this! PM me for the full story if you so wish as I could write a serious essay on just how incompetent and unprofessional this firm really are! ��� In short , if you want a hassle free, professional service that handle your policies and claims without a glitch..... steer clear of this bunch of muppets ..... oh and our Landrover Discovery still has not been repaired as apparently we had to hand over our bank statements and credit card statements to prove we could not afford to pay for a courtesy car up front! Yep you heard it right! We had a no fault claim and this piss poor excuse for an insurance company wanted us to pay for our own courtesy car whilst ours was being fixed! Never heard anything like it in my life! Thank god I'm free of them ���
