What good and help especially whenever you ask for information!!

Took my son to the Lego Card swap event. What a lovely idea. The two staff on hand were very helpful and very enthusiastic to help the children. Well done to those staff members!

Thanks to the staff that helped me and my son earlier today after he had an allergic reaction, presumably hay fever, in his eyes today. after a trip to a&e and some medication his eye is considerably less swollen. Thank you for your help and concern, the eye wash provided by your staff worked wonders and very much helped his speedy recovery.

Just would like to say a massive thank you to one of your employees, Julie. She helped me with my shopping when my autistic 4 year old was struggling with the out of routine food shop and Christmas food collection we did this morning. She really is a credit to your team, she helped me to the cashiers, helped me load and pack my shopping and take it to my car all the while trying to help me calm my son. Again a huge thank you, I really did appreciate your help. So sorry I got so emotional. Hope you have a fabulous Christmas, you deserve it!

Just want to give a big thank you to a lady working in your store today called Terri, she was very kind to my mother in law! My mother in law took our dog for a walk, she isn’t familiar with the area and got lost, she ended up at Sainsburys, after walking for a few hours, she is diabetic and was having a hypo and needed food urgently. She had the dog with her so was looking for someone to hold onto the dog so she could grab a sandwich...Terri approached her asking if she was ok and did she need any help! She explained she needed some thing to eat, Terri went above and beyond by going to your cafe and bringing back a sausage sandwich, orange juice and a bottle of water for the dog! Such great service and I’m very grateful for Terri’s help, her kind caring approach made my mother in law feel much better!

Not as good as Colchester Stanway, but otherwise best Essex Sainsbury. Shame the home ware section never has as much as some of the smaller branches though. Good cafe ! �

Loverly when football on

It's a massive store got big selection of food clothes and toys 1st time shopping. There as I normally go lakeside staff friendly and will b going back again

Always love a bit of Sainsbury's for food shopping, great range too. Oh and my one has a fantastic range of electrical and other items, can spend hours in the place! Overall pleasant experience, well done you!

Always an adequate number of staff all of whom are helpful. Shelves typically well stocked and an excellent range. Car park always has space.

We went to the cafe for breakfast. We waited quite some time, by the time it arrived the tea had gone cold. The sausages were burnt and none of the food was particularly warm..

Helpful security guy...pointed me in the right direction on my first ever visit to the store....

Abysmal mobile signal in the store - unless you are with Vodafone (I was not, had to walk right out to get a signal)....

Pharmacy ladies were an absolute delight....GP as usual was proving quite exasperating (whe do they ever listen to us lol) but the pharmacy department sorted the issue out...awesome ladies and a real credit to the store and their profession.....

we went for a breakfast and usually enjoy it very much. We normally get fried egg veggie sausages hash brown mushroom tomato and toast. i dont eat beans so usually they give me an extra hash brown. We didnt know the breakfast had changed we got watery scrambled egg which was disgusting two fried mushroom fried cherry tomatoes veggie sausages and toast. i wont be going again for my breakfast the best thing was the toast. very disapointing!

Yesterday went to fill the car up with petrol there pumps are randomly stealing a pound or there about before giveing petrol proved it to staff then still try to charge me for both times that it didn't pump out rude cashier after I demand a manger over she frump off saying suit yourself then ! management arrive still wanted me to pay for it then go get a refund from store think about how many little old lady's an many others haven't spotted this it's disgusting dealt with really badly an didn't close the pump it simple it's stealing from people so decided that I'm going to put it all over Facebook this is far from the only post going up I'm that disgusted Iv only ever got my petrol there was very loyal customer for many years till yesterday

What a disappointment and rubbish of service at sainsbury in Boreham. I never been so annoyed. I had to used self checkout service when there's still another hour before closing and I had a full trolley. If I was in Colchester, Tollgate this would never happen. Worst of all there's at least 4 STAFF by the till having a chat. WTF!!!!! Why can't someone open the till. THAT'S WHAT SAINSBURY IN COLCHESTER TOLLGATE WOULD OF DONE. Self checkout staff have to keep asking to him to help as I have alot of stuff and keep waiting for him to approve the till. He also keep talking to other members of staff which normally wouldn't bother me but there's customer needed help he just chatting, there's elder couple next to me that could of done with his help but there's was no offer given to them.



VERY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!

Purchased xbox gift card. Wasnt activated when I try to use it. Told sainsbury but they didn't help and said it was Microsofts problem. I spoke with Microsoft and they say it's sainsburys

WTF! BE Careful buying these gift cards from sainsbury, daylight robbery.

Phoo Sainsbury's boreham - your sushi bar smells throughout the store were absolutely awful and nauseating this morning..... definitely will not be shopping there again until you sort out your air circulation system. I like fish but this was a warm overpowering "off" fishy smell that permeated throughout the whole of the surrounding shelves and display units. Big mistake - you've lost a customer there!!
