Never write reviews about shops but visited yesterday and have to say it was an absolute pleasure to shop there. Although I live opposite a large Te*co store I would rather drive up the motorway to visit this JS!!! Staff were wonderful; smiling, helpful and courteous and the selection of goods is brilliant. Loved everything about it and even shocked my daughter when she looked at getting cheap yoghurts for my grandson as she usually shops at budget shops for him; she managed to get a large selection pack of them for almost same price as she usually pays! Keep up the great work Pepperhill JS!

I got my superplus fuel � for 3p more a litre and my double nectar points thanks see � u again soon � the only thing we both wasn't happy � about was the guy who blasted in the station on a scrambler motorbike then he went round the back � came back out and blasted off � again but I think the cameras � saw him. Cause it's a very busy � petrol � station with 15 pumps

Met my mum for breakfast in the cafe, then a browse round the new clothing section, we got a free pumpkin � too, so made spicy pumpkin soup ,when I got home for my dinner , which was delicious . Friendly helpful staff, always smiling.

I have to say one if the workers in the cafe saved me as my car had died, it was freezing, I had 2 kids & a 8 week old puppy in a box. The amazing lady let us sit in the corner of the cafe while we waited for my children's dad to help. The security man on the other hand was not impressed but the lovely lady told him we had her permission to sit out of the cold. Thank you so much to this beautiful lady Xxx

NOT SELLING BUT....If anyone comes across a pink turtle with Poole on it can they please let me know as my daughter left it in the postman pat ride in sainsburys by the cash machine......thank you she is really upset as it was a present

Very very disappointed, ordered food after 25min ask member of staff to chase up our order, she came back with our order and said the cheese would not melt so cook put it in again to melt cheese, could not eat it as it was too hard told member of staff she said sorry, went home to make lunch for us , will we go back no,

Disappointed lack of staff on clothing,untidy on the department. Unable to find anyone to be able to help. Payed and left. Will not rush back.

Yet another potential delivery cancelation for grocery delivery from Sainsburys pepperhill, which seems to be a regular occurrence. Try addressing the issues with the home shopping department which have been apparent for at least a year. At least I can be eternally grateful that they actually bothered to text me this time, even though there isn't a definite cancelation and the best that can be done is to tell me an update will be given nearer the delivery slot time. Am I going to receive my shopping today?

Trying to get out of the car park. 25 minutes so far , what the hell is going on. Not an accident just poorly engineered, how much longer I wonder - looks like at least another 15 minutes

Today's cafe visit was nowhere near your usual standards. One staff member battling a queue. Coffee machine suddenly went into cleaning mode so I had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink. Cutlery dirty. No forks. Despite being told I would get my drink and fork as promised they obviously forgot. Bigger breakfast was warm. Bacon still had a pulse ���. Very disappointed

Really tired of buying 'fresh' produce at full price only to get it home to discover it is eat by that day. Just thrown away two more meat dishes and a mango purchased on Friday. Come on Sainsburys, you're better than this!

Purchased weekly shop in the store on Friday 9th totalling £84.70 I found that I had left a vouchere for 5x Nectar points at home. Got home and phoned the store to try to get the receipt added but was told not possible, I would have to take the receipt into the store by the expiry date to redeem. (Expiry was 9th Feb) explained that store was seven miles from my home. But they would not accommodate me except to say that I could redeem online but purchasing groceries value more than £80!

Not very flexible or helpful to a loyalty card customer!! Need to look at their policy

Ordered some party platters & food for my daughter in laws baby shower on Saturday 30th June for collection on Saturday 7th June. When my husband went to collect it he was told half the order was not there but he could take some stuff off the shelf. As this was a busy Saturday with nice weather & England playing this meant there was not the items I ordered on the shelves. The staff member on the deli counter tried to help but the Manager was unavailable. Poor poor poor service. Won’t be using this again.

Not the stores fault for this rating but their online shopping services shocking supposed to make life easy but instead make it so overly complicated!!! I got married changed my name deal with it happens everyday if you can't cope with that change jobs!!!!!

Just had our shopping delivered and found an item 2 days out of date!!! This is not the first time this has happened, last time there was an item 3 days out of date ...... not impressed at all

Just been accused by security in store of leaving my children in the car with no windows open on the hottest day of the year. If security had done their job properly and investigated like they are supposed to, they would have seen my husband inside the car with them and that the car was running with the air con on which was better for than me taking 2 hot and tired children around the store crying and annoying all the shoppers. Not even an apology just “well someone came in and complained” excellent customer services from staff and security there! How about security do their job properly and stop all the people parking in the parent and child spaces when they don’t have children.

I came into #SainsburysGravesend yesterday during my lunch break hadnt eaten much so i was hungry and looking forward to grabbing a sandwich, which i did. But the queue was long so i approached the customer service desk where i stood in a shorter queue behind an elderly lady i waited my turn to be served. After a minute or so i heard the elderly customer service staff speak to me in a very rude manner that i must go to the till and added that she was only there for refunds in a very rude narrow tone almost as though she didnt wanna see me standing there. My Wife works in customer service so i know she could have served me for alls i had was one sandwich. And while she should have noted that i was wearing my hard hat and hi vis boots etc that i must have been in some haste to frab a quick munch and fet straight back to site. We all know that in most cases a customer service assistant will serve people making small purchases and she could have done so. I tossed the sandwich on the counter and left the store then worked the rest of my shift on an empty stomach.



Thanks 4 that Sainsburys i wont be spending my hundreds weekly with u then will i as your staff are most unhelpful and where in recent months ive urged my wife to stary shopping at sainsburys i dont think this will b the case any longer. Cheers

I appreciate the road works aren't your fault but an hour and a half to queue to get out of the car park is ridiculous ! Wouldn't it be a good idea to send some staff out to help direct traffic instead of the free for all currently in place !
