Had a great breakfast cooked just right , the toast could have been with a bit longer in the toaster but that's being picky

Nice open plan, with everything you'd expect at a good supermarket.

Nice big clean and staff friendly supermarket. I do enjoy the pizzas which are cooked in store. .great value.

It's a lovely store BUT I am very disappointed that Sainsburys has stopped stocking British sugar. We are in an area that grows sugar beet and yet you have dropped the British sugar for sugar 'processed' either here or in France. 'Processed' does not mean "produced" and you have dropped the Union Jack flag from your sugar so reaffirming that it isn't British. SHAME ON YOU!

I would like to say a huge "Thank you" to "Dan" filling up Christmas stock on Saturday 17th December.

Your simple random act of kindness really warmed my heart and brought big smiles to make 2 little girls laugh & very happy indeed!

The simplest thoughtful things to bring smiles don't happen enough in today's world.

Had a lovely early evening dinner today in your Ely cafe. Food was ok but the service from one of your members of staff was appalling. My 6 year old daughter is confident in purchasing her own items from the till and is open and friendly. Tonight she waited patiently to be served. She was ignored by the person serving, who didn't even look at my daughter. The person served two other people before even acknowledging that my daughter was stood waiting. For a six year old my daughter has impeccable manners and I am disgusted that somewhere we all enjoy coming has dropped so low in our estimation due to ONE of your servers. My daughter is hurt and annoyed at being treated so rudely and sincerely hope we never come across this server again.

We go in the cafe most weekends while we shop in sainsburys. Today we had toasted teacakes which we waited for around 40 minutes for. While we sat waiting we was aware of the dirty tables around us. The whole time nobody came to remove the food which was left on the tables. People trying to find a place to sit & one older lady moving all the teacups & teapots onto another table so she could use the table. This is a regular occurance. There is not enough staff to serve & to clean tables. Another annoying thing is the air conditioning is on all the time whatever the weather. Its ok if you like to be freezing cold. We like shopping in sainsburys. We've been shopping here for a few years. Shame the cafe lets sainsburys down. �

Possibly the worst Sainsbury's cafe I have been to. There is almost never a sufficient range of food in stock. The food they do have in stock is often over cooked. The shop itself is the only reason I haven't made this review 1 star out of 5. And the cat downstairs is cute. Unless you are desperate to see the cat or you want to go through some masochistic exercise to visit what is possibly the worst Sainsbury's cafe in the country, I would not recommend this place.

Had lunch In the cafe today they had run out jacket potatoes and macaroni cheese ,milkshake machine not working properly hot chocolate cold food took ages to arrive tables dirty doesn't seem to have enough staff on often no clean trays or cutlery definitely gone downhill since they opened!

Continuously disappointed with this cafe. Either ridiculously long wait times for food or just lack of options.

Need to revamp menu as not everyone wants chips with everything.

Sandwiches are lacking any appeal.

Only good thing is you can guarantee a good cup of black Americano. Frankly it's hard to go wrong with that anyway.

What is the point of having pay at pump only if it doesn't work!?
