I am a fully qualified UKCP registered psychotherapist and a senior accredited counsellor and supervisor with BACP. I provide short-term solution focused therapy and long-term psychotherapy to individuals and couple's. I am based in a convenient central London location minutes from Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Regents Park.

I have 15 years experience working with a wide range of issues including panic attacks and anxiety, bereavement, stress, addictions, relationship difficulties, sexuality, depression and loss of meaning.
