Having been a Personal Trainer for the last 9 years I have a very holistic approach and encourage my clients to think about their general well being as well as their physical fitness.
I have always been interested in why people have difficulties with weight and body image and sometimes a lack of motivation which can affect not only their weight loss but their everyday approach to life.
This has led me to take counselling courses and to become qualified as Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
I can now use my combined skills to help my clients with motivation and to develop new habits for a more positive approach which will help them to be happier and more sucessful in the future.
I offer a confidential and non-judgemental environment where my counselling clients can feel safe to discuss their issues and gain the help and knowledge to move forward.
