Samino'S Pizza

We order quite a lot and love it staff are really friendly and although once or twice they have got our order wrong they have made it right straight away and not charged us :-)

Quality, quantity and price are great. Food is cooked properly and not rushed hence the wait that people have complained about. I thoroughly enjoy it.

Just had a kebab and burger delivered.... excellent really enjoyed it as always ... very polite professional service .. delivery worth the wait 5 star

Excellent service fast delivery and the food is amazing at a very reasonable price, been ordering for over a year now and theyve never let us down!!!!

Donner pizza lovely. Hot, on time. Could of done with more salad on the wrap but not a complaint

Food was alright but the order was wrong, told me they were sending a replacement about an hour ago ‘straight away’.



I’ve lost all hope now.

Very slow delivery! Ordered twice now and both taken over 1 hour when the app says 40mins

Twice in the last couple month I've ordered and had the exact same problem. Ordered two carrot cakes and cream on my orders and both times received chocolate cake which I don't eat. Instead of ringing my number and telling you just try fob me of with a different cake so you still get the money, absolute joke.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery, no contact was made as to why my pizza hadn't been delivered.



I phoned in to find out where it was and was told that they had tried to make delivery but then was told that they hadn't because there were no toppings added.



When I asked if it could still be delivered, I was hung up on.



Usually get my pizza from here and usually don't have a bad experience but this was absolutely shocking and I won't be ordering from Samino's again.

Usually really good here ordered took 2 hours to arrive forgot half our order. Out of order and the food that came was shocking

Took over an hour to deliver up road (don't drive down as we had drinks)! And when it was delivered all burnt! Never ordering again!!

So you have just delivered my food not only am I missing half of it u have sent me an out of date cheese cake charged me £1.80 and it only 30p from asda as it is a smart price one wot a joke I want a full refund

Over 30 minutes late. The “Burger” was the thickness of a £1 coin and dry as a bone. Cheesy chips had decided to morph into one big ball. My salad on my burger consisted of 1 small slice of tomato and cucumber. Quite pathetic how you can get simple food so wrong. I would highly recommend this establishment to the local stray dogs but I think even they would turn their nose up at it. £16 down the drain. ��

Ordered tonight asked if they had popcorn chicken kids meal was told yes! Ordered extra chilli n garlic dip wasn't added to the order! Told 35 minutes an hour later food arrives luke warm the kids meal was mozzarella pop pops no dips chips was Soggy! Phoned to query it and was told 'what do you want us to do??? £14 for a pile of shit! Won't be ordering from here again!

Have used Saminos on many occasions and always been happy with the service and the food. Ordered tonight though and food was over half an hour late, I rang to see where it was and it seemed like they had no idea. It did arrive eventually, but was terrible, it tasted like it had been warmed up in a microwave and was so bad it went in the bin. Won't be ordering from here again. Very poor and a waste of money.

Had very upset stomach. Avoid the Donner meat and chips from here was disgusting...!
