Do you want to improve your fitness, perhaps lose weight or maintain a healthy weight? Then let me help you! By joining Sandra Harnett Fitness you will soon feel healthier on the inside as well as on the outside.

I am a fully qualified instructor in exercise and weight management, who has been coaching Fitness and lifestyle classes for over 17 years.

Having trained as a Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Instructor back in 1998 I have since helped hundreds of people in St Albans, Harpenden & Hemel Hempstead to change their lifestyle to become fitter, healthier and very much happier.
