Sarah Tilley Wellness Description

I have been specializing in women's and family healthcare for the past 18 years in the UK and Spain. Also an educator for the past 27 years privately, in schools, retreats, workshops and groups large and small I am now continuing with the calling I responded to 15 years ago and returning to running a retreat business this time in Ibiza.
My methodology for wellbeing has metamorphosed over the years from addressing physical symptoms with holistic remedies and understanding the place where complimentary medicine sits in society to where i stand now; We live and manage over our lifetime with inherited susceptibility, our environment strongly influences our sense of well being and that once we know ourselves through external help and internal reflection and we harness sufficient self discipline and an attitude of self development we have the potential to happily be our essential selves.
Diet and exercise are foundation blocks, positive thinking, and allowing ourselves to be loved and to love are the basics of Our Eudaimonia

... Last Monday the Wild Woman Circle had just as effective connection and dynamic as could have been achieved in a studio. Different but just as effective.
Ive been working confidently with individuals and classes for nearly 25 years and this shift in delivery is made by changing the way i instruct participants and frame their expectations. Working in wellness is always a journey of supporting the individual to self reliance, personal realisation and encouraging resilience. Delivering unique content that takes a participant through 'first steps' with an enhanced group effect in their own home, means new patterns are starting to establish in the maintaining environment. You don't just walk out the studio, back to 'normal life' only to return the next week for a top up. Your home becomes your wellness studio and a path to wellness is established in familiar surroundings.
Next weeks Wild Woman's Circle is a continuation of the deep dive into the female lineage. Ill be teaching visualization techniques that are supported by science to balance the hormones and bring a shift to the story of your love life.

I’ve been thinking and researching Ayahuasca and plant medicine lately. I’ve worked with the consciousness of plants for 20 years and the shifts in people’s lives I’ve seen happen have been astounding.
