I am going to be as honest as possible

There are some negative points and positive points. Car was well valeted and company have always been friendly and helpful and never pushy. Got finance for me at a better rate than I was offered elsewhere having a less than perfect credit score.



When I bought The car I should have checked the service schedule , interim was due and some fairly expensive items were needing done. I expected that this work would have been done by them before sale, it was not.



On the plus side they Motd the car and it had no advisories, but garage still replaced 3 of the tyres which had just been a verbal from MOT station. When they probably could have not said anything, this led to another problem as alloy key was chewed up so wheels had to be removed by another method, replacements nuts were not ford so had to purchase new ones when I got home. Which in all fairness they weren't to know the key was gubbed .



Also had a few problems with tax as they did not have v5c ,v62 was completed on my behalf but I had to also complete one and pay the 25 quid fee also to get taxed and on the road.



To be fair to Joe and Michael both have addressed my concerns and offered to do next service free of charge . which is all I can ask. 4 star review as would have been nice had all or most of these issues been addressed prior to sale and not had the service yet.

They sold be a broken car that they bought from a scrap yard and refused to take it back. Car lasted 4 months and was in the garage for repairs 5 times during that. Their answer for me was "this is the problem you get when buying second hand cars Hen".
